I have called them 5 times and they refuse to even come to my house and look at the problem. Lance told me it is my problem, not his! He said my wood is defective!? And he told me that and he has never even come back to look at the problem. He just refuses to come back and even look at it. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.

He didn't rush me he made sure I fully understood what happened and how to fix it the right way. That level of service is rare. On top of that Efrain mixed an old gallon of paint I brought in which was completely above and beyond. Efrain was also very helpful and professional throughout the whole visit. It is almost impossible to get an identical match from a company that has painted previously. I brought in a sample. Ricky matched it identical, one of the best matches that I've had in my 38 years as a painter and a local contractor (Palma Painting). Ricky has gone over and beyond matching a color so well cuts down the time that we take to touch up walls that were previously painted with a different company. Normally, when someone matches a color for you, you have to paint the entire wall corner to corner just to make it look right with Ricky's knowledge and expertise. Her and the other girl working the counter, didn't catch her name, she was more professional ;that being said, they bantered back and forth in Spanish while they were trying to figure out our order, not realizing my husband understands Spanish enough to know what they were saying about us. There was another customer in line that went on and on saying they've never even seen anything like this before, the worst customer service, and never saw an customer service representative openly argue and be rude to customers like this.
