He didn't rush me he made sure I fully understood what happened and how to fix it the right way. That level of service is rare. On top of that Efrain mixed an old gallon of paint I brought in which was completely above and beyond. Efrain was also very helpful and professional throughout the whole visit. It is almost impossible to get an identical match from a company that has painted previously. I brought in a sample. Ricky matched it identical, one of the best matches that I've had in my 38 years as a painter and a local contractor (Palma Painting). Ricky has gone over and beyond matching a color so well cuts down the time that we take to touch up walls that were previously painted with a different company. Normally, when someone matches a color for you, you have to paint the entire wall corner to corner just to make it look right with Ricky's knowledge and expertise.
