She will tell you the price maybe higher if they have to stay extra, in fact she knows it is. I got charged over $300 and not $142 the quote over the phone (which I repeated back) to clean a small bathroom, dust and mop the floors of (2) rooms. BEWARE, Grace talks really fast and tell you its your fault which is hilarious looking back at it. - I've never paid more the $140 from multi companies to do the same work, the lowest being $80. -When the the workers were leaving they quoted the price for them to come back would only be $120. -Buyer beware, if you get a quote over the phone from "Grace" you might get taken for ride. I called the office after the cleaner gave me the bill and "Grace" told me sorry their nothing we can do. -I felt really bad to Team #7 they did an amazing job but their scheduler (GRACE) didn't do them any favors at "Molly Maid of Farmington". She sounds pleasant over the phone but don't be fooled. I closing shop very deceptive practices used here.

They are thorough when cleaning, and really take the time to make sure my home looks tidy and organized. The housekeeping crew always arrives on time, in uniform and company vehicle which really highlights their professionalism. They provide all cleaning products and equipment so I never need to worry. All of the staff is attentive, responsive and pleasant but I need to give a special call-out to Vicky who's there every single time and does a tremendous job making sure all my cleaning needs are covered.
