Unfortunately, they could not remove the clog and had to return the next day with a ladder to access the roof vent. Within 10 minutes, the vent was cleared, and the clogged drain was flowing. The four men who worked on this project were very friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the work provided and will use them again should a plumbing need arise.
