Moses truly took care of me! I was quoted an absurd amount at Good Year Tires in Tustin for 1100+ dollars to get "all my rotors and brakes" changed as stated to me. What BS! I was referred to Sosa Tires where Moses was honest and straight forward! He even had the integrity to tell me if I were to buy the parts and bring them to him to put in, it would be even cheaper. I had a nail in my tire so I had it patched up here on Thursday. On Friday, the tire sensor light was on so I brought it back and they reset it. On Sunday, the light came back on again so I brought it to another place that was open. They checked my tire for leaks and found one right where Sosa guys patched the hole. I would be careful here 5 star ratings are probably from friends and not from reliable customers giving the business a reputable name. I'm not here to write an essay or be that type of person but.... Would i recommend this shop to a friend NO WAY. Customer service is HORRIBLE and I speak Spanish too. The staff here is unprofessional and let me tell you. On 3/25/19 I came in to buy 4 new tires and he offered to mount and balance them along with an alignment for a really good deal. I can tell you now on 5/31/19 that all my tires show signs of wear inside the tire more so than outside the tire. What does that mean? It means I have camber wear. Is my car lowered? no its not nor do i have a camber kit installed. Why would you need a camber kit on a 2017 car with less than 100k miles. All stock to my knowledge and never been in an accident so i can only come to one conclusion that my car was not aligned properly. Is this some type of scheme to get customers to buy tires? One night after a super long day at work, I got to my car to see my tire nearly flat. I turned on my flashlight and quickly found a nail in my tire. It was already 7pm and I was desperately calling every tire place within a 5mi radius and no one could help me because everyone was preparing to close in the next 30min. I called Sosa Tires and the man who answered (I would later realize was Sosa himself) was so kind and willing to help me, so I rushed over. Well, as fast as one can "rush over" when your tire is almost flat. When I got there, he inspected my tire and told me I had two options: I could patch the tire for $10 but he wasn't as comfortable with that because I drove the tire semi-flat and he didn't think it was safe. He recommended the second option, which was get a like-new tire for only $25. I was astounded at the really great price he was giving me and opted for the used tire. When I got my car back, the tire looked pretty much brand new; he was very honest! He gave me some license plate frames and a pen too! He really saved me that night and I am going to be a loyal customer from now on! Customer service is everything and this place nailed it! read more

He scheduled an appointment with me at 9 am and the dude never showed up. He stated he was on his way and to leave my keys under his doormat. (Very unprofessional) 3 hours later I show up and his shop hasn't even opened and all my tires are fully flat. I would never recommend this business for tire or rim repair to anyone. Incorrect business hours my tire had a flat so i drove here hoping I'd get it fixed. Now i can't drive anywhere and have to call AAA

Towards the end of October, I requested for a specific set of tires for my 17" rims. Initially I requested for Toyo, but only Hankook, Federal, & Falken was available @ the specific size. I decided for the Hankook, but won't be in shop until 26 October. 4 November: I picked up my car from a body shop, rushed out before Sosa Tires shop closed for the day. The owner said the delivery trucked broke down, so I was turned around. 5 November: After work, I dropped by again. The owner said his shop was busy w/ mass amount of customers, & the shipment was too large to account for the 2 tires I ordered. He promised to adjust @ a lower price when I come in on 7 November, so once again I was turned around. 7 November: I called @ noon, owner said the 2 tires was on the way, so I took 2 hours to complete my errands. I called again @ 2pm; Owner said to call back in 5 minutes, so he can double check the inventory. I called back for the last time, his employee picked up & explained the owner was not able to order. The orders was placed (or so was...), but the owner gave me the run-around. read more

My daughter had a nail in her tire and her officemate took her here. I was worried that she might get taken advantage of given her age and my to be honest, my daughter doesn't know how to haggle. I got a call from my daughter just s minute ago and she told me how extremely nice the guy who helped her and gave an extremely good deal for a used tire, which looks hardly used. She was so happy and when she tried to tip the guy, he politely refused it and ask if we can just refer friends and family to his business. Wow, I need tires myself soon. I first and for most as I read these other reviews and on specifically two months ago... I brought my truck in to get some tires mounted. When doing so they scratched The lip on my rim also and when I showed them they denied the whole thing. And when the owner came to take a look at it he said "it wasn't us now bye" and pushed away and dissed us. This is the most unprofessional shop I've ever encountered. Guys this place has the worst customer service. First they opened late 15min. Second it was raining I was outside their business with a flat my rim was literally touching the floor and he insisted to pull my car like that !! Very unprofessional when I asked if I can borrow a jack or have one of the employees which I offered to pay that person to help me at least change my tire to my spare since he didn't have my tire size which is a 20" a very common tire size he refused. He instead replied no I dont know you and I won't help you till you move your car inside the shop, really ! I went somewhere else and they gladly switched my tire in no time. Came here 2 weeks ago to get my upper control arm installed they were happy to get it done the owner has a bitchy attitude and doesn't respect the customers so I got my truck same day, when I got my truck back it had abs light when I brought it to him, it didn't have it before so I asked him why was it on and he said cuz u have new control arms and it would go away soon it never went away until I jacked up my truck and saw these ppl didn't connect a sensor switch that's why it was on and second they didn't zip tie my brake cable to the upper control they just left them hanging just like that it's dangerous very unprofessional work then they didn't grease up my controls arms so they squeak when I go over speed bumps‍‍ or dips,supposedly they aligned my truck but doubted rides the same as before very cheap work I wouldn't recommend them honestly my friend recommended these guys but forsure never coming back again, cheap work and bad attitude owner and lies I would give a 0 stars if I could now gotta pay again cuz these ppl couldn't get the job done right the first time now have to have my control arms greased up and realigned again read more
