They show up each week on the same day and do a great job. They texted when it was snowing last month to ask if they could come in another day. They asked. They got back to us almost immediately and came over promptly to check out the situation and give us a quote. We felt that their price was fair, so we agreed to have them come over and perform a bunch of different landscaping tasks, like cutting the grass, trimming our bushes and a couple of trees, adding fresh mulch to our front yard, etc. They completed all of the work quickly and we were super happy with the final result. The yard looks amazing, and Corby was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He really listened to what we wanted and kept us involved every step of the way. We explained that we want to get away from grass and that we don't use the irrigation system that came with the house. Even though we were out of town while the work was being done, Corby kept us updated with photos and texts throughout the project. He even checked with us on the placement of a few of the larger plants before installing them. One thing we especially appreciated was his thoughtfulness. We had a large amount of pine needles that needed to be removed, and instead of hauling them away, he offered them to a neighbor who could use them. My sister was at our place and told me that Corby was very conscientious about locating and avoiding the irrigation lines during the installation. He was also extremely knowledgeable about plant care, including deer deterrence, watering requirements, and ongoing maintenance. What also stood out was his vision. He suggested incorporating boulders into the design, and at first we weren't entirely convinced. The more we talked about it, though, the more we could see what he had in mind. The finished result adds character and interest to the yard and feels much more unique than a cookie-cutter landscape design. Corby does outstanding work and is truly a joy to work with.
