And all were excellent. But... At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal taste, great beans that have been properly roasted, and , of course, freshness. During the last 8 months, I have been purchasing Ethiopian Mocha beans from Tostaderos Bon Mercat and have been very satisfied. The beans are always freshly roasted....I always ask the date! And, for me, it's a great bean for a shot of afternoon espresso or a morning cappuccino or latte. If you've tried 'the usual suspects' and are still searching, you should give Tostaderos Bon Mercat a try.
