Not sure why we were treated so negatively at the start, but I asked the gentleman about how we thought the wine pairings with the food was a little odd to us, his response was, "well people may not want to have what the suggested pairing."  Okay got it! We did notice the chief visited the customers sitting at the tables, but not us, again feeling insignificant that were not worthy of her time. But then again we were the only ones sitting at the bar eating, or drinking for that matter.  Maybe the manager, owner, or whoever greeted us was not having a good day. Still very disappointing that we never felt welcomed. Their wines might be good, but we really never got that far and our mood was not in a good place. I recommend just trying their wine, don't do the Friday Foodie event.

When we arrived we were seated almost immediately, which was very nice. There might have been a slight miscommunication with the staff because our order wasn't taken until 10 minutes after we were seated. If they were extremely busy I could understand, but really they were not. There was one other table that had a few very talkative guests who seemed to be keeping one server from getting to the other tables, but I'm not sure what happened to the second one. Once we were able to place our order and get our wines we had a delightful time. The server was able to boast about their award winning wines, none of which we ordered, and pointed out all of the May wine specials. We ordered the rose wine flight which featured the rose in three different styles. Our wines were good, but based on the bottle prices nothing we would want to take home. This winery seems to be very blanc forward, if you like blanc wines this might be the place for you, When we left we were given a coupon for $5 off our next visit. This may be something someone else is interested in, just not us.
