We pivoted to Three Trees after hearing one of the places we planned to hit while in the area wasn't that great. Our group was so happy we found our way to Three Trees! The owner and winemaker greeted us when we walked in and were super friendly! The walk up the way after you park is awesome, you cannot see the cabin/facility and it leads to a bit of intrigue before you get to the small/quaint tasting room. We asked some questions, had some playful banter and tried some small pours before settling on glasses and various tasting flights. Then we headed outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, quiet sounds of nature and chatter of our friends. The wine was very good, not a bad pour in the group we had! Unsurprisingly, we ended up taking home several bottles. If it tells you anything about the quality of the wine, we came to learn that a couple we ran into on our way in because of their beautiful dog we had to pet is the head winemaker from a very well known winery just up the road. It says a lot about the wine community in the area and quality of Three Trees if other winemakers are coming there to hang out (IMO). Great spot and we will definitely add it to our list of must visits!

Three Trees opened in 2024 and is the winery to check out. The owners are fantastic guys, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about wine and what they are doing. Our group had a fantastic time at their new tasting room. Currently, they only offer a few wines, but what they offer is quality. The blueberry is sweeter, without being overly so. The cab franc was full, bold, and smooth. A group of different tastes all liked it. The Pinot gris would appeal to multiple tastes as well. My can-not-stand dry wines friend actually liked the Merlot. Good color retention, without too much tannins. We also liked that they explained their wines, the processes and took the time with our group. The winery is also featuring music nights- bring a chair and enjoy the evening. We had an exceptional experience at this new winery. I'm excited to see how they evolve. Our group will be back!

We've found our new favorite winery! Very homey, cozy, and it's brand new. Opened in May 2024. The wine is great, the service is great, the grounds and fire pits are perfect. Nestled in the middle of the vineyards and trees - authentic Michigan views. It's the best spot for a day drink but also a great nightcap being open late. Highly recommend!

Phil was great as the proprietor of the vineyard. We sampled every wine, even some wines that were quite young. Our experience was very intimate and he is extremely passionate about his wine. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and will definitely be returning! Special attention to his roses and cabs.

Tasting room (from the vines) the owners remodeled from an old barn. Wait till you see the wood work on the inside. WOW!!

Three Trees Vineyard is a gem. The wines are FABULOUS! The Cab Franc and Merlot are "knock your socks off" fantastic. The hospitality is nothing to be compared to. If they aren't working in the vines, they're taking care of their guests.

Would HIGHLY recommend this place!! Phil and Evan made it so memorable and special. We will be back!!

We met Phil and he introduced us to a couple different wines and they are all great, so was the cider.

I ended up getting a red flight and a white flight which was 3 wines for $12! I've never seen a better deal than that for location, quality of wine and pour. Bill was amazing and even helped upkeep the fire pit right outside. When we got too cold to be outside we had the option of either enjoying our wine inside or in the multiple heated igloo rooms which was a nice touch and allowed space to enjoy everything without being overcrowded. A lot of people came on to purchase wine which they have amazing deals per bottle/case. Overall 10/10 and can't wait to come back in the spring/summer!

It really added to the experience and made us feel at home. Overall, this was such a solid stop and one I'd absolutely come back to again. Great wine, great people, and a setting that makes you want to linger.

As you enter you will encounter all things cherry as there are many different foods, drinks, and other items for purchase. It may feel a little overwhelming with the amount of things in the store! The staff member who served us was knowledgeable and informative. Both of the wines I got were delicious!
