My friend used them for her wedding and they did a fantastic job so I had contacted them to see if they were avaiable on the date of my wedding. When they told me they were free, I began to work with Lydia which was fantastic in the beginning. She had great communication and took about a week and a half after we met to submit the first proposal, which looked great. Nonetheless, in the middle of revising the proposal, she sends an email telling me they could no longer cater my wedding because they had booked a larger event that week. I was completely caught off guard because when I met with them they seemed to really care, which was why I had wanted to work with them in the first place. In the end, I felt like they were just in it for the money and when a larger event came along they felt my wedding couldn't bring as much revenue. They mentioned that they needed this big event and couldn't rearrange their calendar for us. It was completely dishonest and had they told us in the beginning, we would've saved ourselves 3 trips to their offices, selected the flowers we want, the package, the quantity, etc.. I found their actions tacky and extremely unprofessional. I would never refer them and other users should be advised on their dishonest service and lack of credibility. read more
