Lots of things in there for you to freshen up with after your massage, including showers! I was offered a drink and ordered some tea and was led to a beautifully serene waiting room. This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence! She was very pleasant and kept saying it's all connected, which I understand; but, I've had many massages over the years and never once had anyone start massaging my fingers when I go for a back massage. Although I requested firmer pressure a few times, it felt like a basic massage vs deep tissue. The studio is in a clinic and is nice and there are reserved parking spaces out front. Scheduling was easy. I had to book another massage elsewhere as soon as I left so a waste of money and not a good experience for me but probably fine for a general massage.

The Spa is ok and offer lots of services with a few skin care lines but my personal favorite is " Emminence Organic skin care" and this is one of the only locations close to me. Wanting to settle in and make the most of the day, I asked if I could purchase a drink--maybe a glass of wine or champagne--but was told I couldn't have any alcohol before my massage, and that no drinks were allowed. Odd, but I respected the policy. However, after the treatment, I was told I'd receive a complimentary glass of champagne--what I received was a literal sip, maybe an ounce at most. When I politely asked if that was the full serving, I was met with rude and condescending commentary that made me feel embarrassed for even asking. To be blunt: the front desk staff and support team were the biggest letdown. From the moment I arrived to when I left, they were either dismissive or cold, which does not align with the kind of experience expected at a spa with this reputation and price point. His hands-on work is truly great, but I also really like him as a person. He's a gentle, kind spirit and that vibe that he brings helps me relax and get a better massage.
