I got two different acids bowls and a pistachio matcha. The first bowl was a dragon fuel açaí bowl, it had had great flavor and fresh fruit. My second bowl was the original OG bowl the presentation of it wasn't as nice as my other bowl but the flavor was still yummy! My matcha was pretty good but I didn't particularly taste the pistachio in it. The vibe inside was okay the music was just a bit too loud. Right when we walked in, we were greeted right away, everyone was so nice & welcoming. I did a build your own bowl with chicken, the orange saffron/carrot rice with mixed greens & a little bit of everything (topping wise) since it was my first time here. The lady that was helping me was so nice & patient, she explained everything to me & even let me go ham on toppings without the up charge as I didn't know what I wanted. Talk about great service! Now let's talk about the bowl, OMG! It is soooo good! Super flavorful individually as well as mixed in together. This is such a refreshing and different spot here in the AV as there aren't too many options we consider healthy. The savory bowl is all we've tried so far, and we can't wait to go back. We built our bowl to have a base of both galaxy rice and greens, which we'll do again and again as it was so very good. We both had the Jackfruit which was delicious. You then have a choice of 8 toppings; you may add-on for premium toppings, but we didn't try this time. You also have a choice of 2 sauces, and they didn't disappoint either. I waited WAY too long to try this place! This is a FEMALE BLACK OWNED restaurant and when I tell you, chipotle could NE- VER! I loved The Modern Tea Room right next door but when I saw Solistic had make your own bowls, I just had to check it out. It did not disappoint! Service was amazing and she's so super friendly!
