I got two different acids bowls and a pistachio matcha. The first bowl was a dragon fuel açaí bowl, it had had great flavor and fresh fruit. My second bowl was the original OG bowl the presentation of it wasn't as nice as my other bowl but the flavor was still yummy! I did a build your own bowl with chicken, the orange saffron/carrot rice with mixed greens & a little bit of everything (topping wise) since it was my first time here. This is such a refreshing and different spot here in the AV as there aren't too many options we consider healthy. The savory bowl is all we've tried so far, and we can't wait to go back. We built our bowl to have a base of both galaxy rice and greens, which we'll do again and again as it was so very good. We both had the Jackfruit which was delicious. You then have a choice of 8 toppings; you may add-on for premium toppings, but we didn't try this time. You also have a choice of 2 sauces, and they didn't disappoint either. We only wish they had more seating inside and in a shady spot outside - hopefully they will work on this with time. I loved The Modern Tea Room right next door but when I saw Solistic had make your own bowls, I just had to check it out. It did not disappoint! Service was amazing and she's so super friendly! The staff was super friendly and the environment was really unique - the menu and interior were reminiscent of space travel. We went with the savory options for lunch - two bowls, trying the difficult proteins and rices. In all, the proteins and rices were fantastic - plenty of Vegan options.
