Love boba cove and cafe, I found this place after craving some Pho, I grew up in reseda and Pho is a staple in our neighborhood. I moved to Lancaster and was happy to find a place that has Pho. After reading reviews I decided to stop here. I offered the Pho and a Thai tea. Let me tell you, the pho was phenomenal here. Had so much flavor and was super tasty. Their Thai tea was hands down so delicious. I was helped by this sweet lady there and I loved the overall experience. I took my order to go but they do have tables to dine in. I will definitely stop by again to order more Pho and try their other menu items. read more

Took my kids for drinks and snacks. We dined in. We got the spring rolls. They were very stuck to the dish they were served on but I really like that they use fresh herbs and not just lettuce to fill them. We also had the popcorn chicken and fried tofu. Both were good, although the kids thought the tofu was the best of all. Service was understated and pleasant. Atmosphere was peaceful. A bit pricey though. read more

Their teas & smoothies are bomb! Came here last weekend & tried their avocado shake and their black tea with grass jelly & pearls. Both were made perfectly. I'm super picky when it comes to avocado smoothies - as I grew up practically out of the womb already with a smoothie in hand, but this place knows how to make a good one. I love this Boba spot. This is my first ever Boba spot that I ever tried, and it's the best. The only thing I will say is it's super busy all the time. It's a long wait time to get your food and your drinks. So just be mindful that you may spend a little bit of time there. But it's definitely worth the wait. read more

Man, this place is so average, it really disappointed me. Came here after a long hike and was ready to eat anything but unfortunately this place was still mediocre even with being hungry. I got the popcorn chicken and the ramen burger. The popcorn chicken was almost barely acceptable, wasnt even crispy, and the sauce pairing was pretty off. Was expecting some 5 spice but it was absent. The ramen burger on the other hand was a disaster. The amount of sauce and juice that drenched all over the ramen to make it soggy and to top it all off, there was no bathroom to wash my disgusting hands? I was not happy. They use the same sauce from the chicken in the burger and that definitely was not the move at all. Avoided the drinks and went some place else because I did not want to risk upsetting my boba appetite. This menu needs a change. read more

Ericka and Kevin helped me today and she was very sweet and very kind. It doesn't seem too busy but the locals rave about the food and boba pearls here. The pearls are soft and not super chewy. I'm picky when it comes to boba. This boba is perfect. Well made. I also ordered the sweet potato fries they were as equal of perfection between crisp and not too crisp. I almost didn't go here because their drink menu listed online is very limited but I wanted food too, so decided to go here. Pleasantly surprised that they have a huge secret menu at the location! I was able to get brown sugar milk tea which was very good! Their secret menu has all the things that I would get, such as rose milk tea, matcha, etc I did tell the staff there that they should consider posting the full menu online because I bet other people skip this place if they are looking on yelp. Pros: - very nice staff and great atmosphere - has a large "secret" menu. - has food, such as Pho and popcorn chicken! Both are good, especially for the limited choices in the AV. Cons - the popcorn chicken is pretty decent but I wish they would use larger pieces of meat. It's very small like popcorn chicken should be..HOWEVER, so small to the point it's mostly just "crispy" pieces is not okay. - not having the full menu available online or doordash. I've ordered in person and doordash. Both times they have been wonderful! read more

The best boba in Lancaster. The only shop that actually brews their teas and isn't too sweet!

My boyfriend and I were visiting his family and we decided to try out a Boba Shop in his home town, just to see how it compared to our usual spots in OC/SD. We weren't expecting anything too amazing but still kept an open mind. They only allow one person in the store at a time, which does make it hard for groups that might want to order together - my boyfriend took his little sister inside to let her see the menu and they were able to stay in there together. Strawberry Tea ($5.00): Strawberry Green Tea is one of our go-to's for any spot, but unfortunately Boba Cove did not deliver. The drink tasted artificial and somewhat watered down. The Boba itself was OK - it still had some chew, but was on the harder side. Green Milk Tea ($5.00): We were pleasantly surprised by this drink! It had a nice strong Matcha/Green Tea flavor, but wasn't overly sweet. The Boba in this drink, however, was a bit harder than the Boba in the Strawberry Tea. Overall, not a bad Boba shop considering the little variety of choices you have in Lancaster. read more

Wow if you are driving on the road and have feeling of having some good pho!!! Stop by this little hidden gem it's definitely worth I got the beef noodle pho it blow my mind delicious. The reason my review is at a two star, was not only how I was treated, it was more of how I had left that establishment feeling. As I walked in I wasnt greeted I was placed on hold, which was acceptable due to there being one person ahead of me. Once they finished serving the customer I was asked what I'd like to order. I stated "2 LARGE DRINKS" , & then I was asked If BOBA was desired in both. I replied yes however, Light Boba, If that's even a thing! I decided to keep one of the other drinks REGULAR (BOBA) and the other LIGHT.!"(BOBA) They gave me my total, I Paid, and as I asked for my receipt I was told I would be given the receipt AFTER I received my drinks (which I thought was odd). I ended up waiting a bit longer than anticipated especially for only two drinks and decided well I'm on my lunch I didn't think I would be waiting this long & getting back to work late from waiting so long on my lunch for 2 drinks, however- I was. Finally on what was close to a 20 min wait I was served the 2 Drinks, & as I was handed the Drinks I noticed there was only ONE LARGE & the other drink was Regular. I asked why is one Regular when I stated TWO LARGE DRINKS.? The employee stated thats what they heard...(keep in mind there wasn't no blender or loud machines when the order was being placed for there to even be a misunderstanding) & that they can make it right by making another drink. (meaning I would have to wait who knows how long in order to receive the correct order after already waiting so long). I still wasn't certain if it was intentional, however I realized it wouldn't be fair for me to have a Full size drink while my partner didn't get what they asked for. As I asked for a refund I noticed the young man come out (I'm assuming he is the owner Daniel) and was surprised that he didn't acknowledge the refund or poor performance that had occurred. However I noticed that every customer that was being serviced would receive a "boba card" for there visit and I NEVER Once was Offered or told about this & noticed I was the only one in that entire establishment that wasn't offered this . Which I thought was strange considering the fact I had just ordered two LARGE drinks.? I was given a receipt showing a return however, wasn't given a date upon receiving the refund. I'd like to believe this wasn't intentional, but then I realize every order that's "INCORRECT" someone gets to keep and enjoy the mistake (meaning if someone orders a Pepperoni Pizza and they Serve them a cheese Someone Will enjoy that Pepperoni pizza At the End of the night)! What I don't understand was why the order wasn't repeated to confirm accuracy? Why the Receipts Aren't given to customers upon Receiving payment? Why only select customers are given the business card with the stamps.? Why the owner didn't speak up on what had just occurred? Im certain he will comment or reply to this review however its not what's done afterwards its what's done during. I will no longer offer my business here, I'll be taking my business to BOBATiME. The extra 7 min drive there and back is equivalent to the wait time here although this location is closer. NOT A 1 STAR DUE to getting the Flavor Of the Drinks correct . read more

We love this place. It's small but the food is incredible and the staff are very nice. There's one young man with curly hair that goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your order. We've tried everything on the food menu besides the ramen burger and we have loved everything. The pho is especially delicious. Service is great, pricing is reasonable. And the pho actually has legit pho spices (such as five spice) in it. However the overall meal is not particularly memorable. The milk tea isn't bad, the pho seems a bit barren when it comes out, although topping it properly with veggies (and the veggie quality is not bad) definitely helps. And the popcorn chicken is not quite right, chunks are often much too small, and too much white meat as opposed to dark? (or maybe just overcooked?) It might also have sat just a tad too long as it wasn't quite crispy enough. Ordered spicy hot which, at least to me, was maybe a mild. Could see the jalapeno slices not much chili powder, if any at all? Finally the dipping sauce was an interesting sesame thing-- not bad, actually. Food - 3 stars Service - 4 stars Popcorn chicken is good. Get it spicy. Quality of the actual boba is hit or miss. I've frequented this place many times as our options of boba spots are limited (this is the better one so far). I just wish they were consistent with their boba. Some days it's undercooked, on others chewy. They offer lots of drink flavors but the taste could be improved. The teas seemed a bit watered down. I hope I can post a better update soon, really wanted this place to be my go to boba spot. read more

I was really craving some Pho and honestly forget about this place. We placed an order to go and it was so delicious! The broth had such good flavor! Veggies were fresh and crunchy.
