We don't have Dutch Bros back home so I don't have the best frame of reference, but I've had them a few times across a few states. This one seems to be consistent. I think the coffee is pretty good. It's a no frills type of setup with the ordering window, but when you're out in the desert I guess you don't really need an indoor 3rd place to hang out. I liked my coffee and I appreciate the patience and friendliness of the staff who answered my questions about the different specialty drinks and customization options. Most importantly, they were not absolutely swamped with a 15+ minute wait like another coffee chain. If I were a local, I would prefer Dutch Bros for sure (it's also way way way way better than Dunkin, so like if y'all could hit the north east that would be great). read more

Great place to grab coffee before work. Don't let the long drive thru lines scare you as they are really good at getting you your coffee in a reasonable amount of time. I usually order my coffee via the app and just walk up, but I've tried both ways. My coffee is usually made well and I'll keep coming back while I'm in the area temporarily. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for so long and I'm so glad to be near one of their locations in the Antelope Valley. Really wish there are locations in the LA area. Since we got there at night time I didn't order their coffee drinks, but opted for one of their shakes. The pumpkin pie frost with almond milk is pretty good and has strong pumpkin pie flavor. The medium cup size looks like a large, not that I'm complaining lol. Definitely need to come back and try their coffee drinks next time. Very friendly and quick service. Therefore I don't mind making the 7, 10 min additional drive to come to you guys on Ave I. The customer service, the vibes, the conversations, how good my drinks taste, the way you guys make me feel are totally worth it!!!!!! I'm not gonna lie it has not always been peaches and creams there has been maybe 2 occasions were the broristas were not kind or friendly but hey it happens! I love Dutch Brothers! They are great normally . We were in this area and decided to stop here to get some coffee. Normally you go to any Dutch Brothers in Oregon and all the employees are dancing to music, singing and making jokes. They are always nice . This one was just the opposite. They were not friendly and the inside of the coffee drive thru was less than sanitary looking. We ordered coffee and they gave us the wrong order. They did not know how to make an espresso frappe nor a peppermint frappe. They gave my daughter a hot chocolate and me an iced coffee full of ice and not much else. We had to teach them how to make it. After we taught them how to make them the drinks were okay. I will continue to drink from Dutch Brothers because they are a very good company corporately. This company makes you work for the franchise a year before they will let you buy in and get one for yourself. They are a very good company. How this one in Lancaster started I have no idea. We won't be back there. We will continue to go to Dutch Brothers when we find one though. There is not a lot if them in Ca. I think only 3. They have great coffee and hot chocolate and if you do find one you won't be sorry. I give 5 stars to the company but only 1 star to this franchise. read more

I love Dutch Bros. Like, I love the brand and have been a loyal follower for many years from back in my Humboldt, Ca. days. When Dutch started expanding, I noticed some locations no longer have the "Dutch spirit" among the employees. And while I was grateful that I finally got a Dutch close to my home, I was soo worried that this would be one of those locations. Long story short, it's not. When I pull up in my big blue van, the broistas know who I am, my favorite order, ask me about my day and the things they know I'm up to. I truly feel so seen by them. Even when my day is crap or just really hard, I pull into the Dutch line here and feel such warmth and happiness from them that I always leave smiling. I joke that I have a Dutch addiction, but really, it's the people (and also maybe soft top...but I digress). They are just so phenomenal. I can say, without any exaggeration, that the Dutch spirit is alive and well here and it will always be "my" Dutch location. Love these peeps. read more

I want to highlight Grace, she was so sweet and helpful ( I told her this was my first time at DB) I ordered the Golden Eagle and a pastry. I thought the pastry was an actual muffin. I would give the pastry 3 stars...its served cold and literally a muffin top. Im sure Grace said muffin top but i was side tracked looking at menu items. The Golden Eagle was good, sweet but not overly sweet. I do recommend and I will try the lemonades and teas. read more

The line and team working orders was great. We were in line for about ten ish minutes which is a lot better than super busy days. The whole team was great but my coffee wasn't that good. I ordered the golden eagle on ice and it was very cream forward and not as good as other places. We also had the tropical raspberry and it was just ok. Not sure if it was just a one off so I will be back and try again. Still think this place is way better that it's competitor. Updated to four stores. Customer service was good here. I asked for 75% sweet on golden eagle, annihilator and latte. They actually don't make their drinks too sweet so next time I will try original sweet the drinks are more on the creamy side which I like.
