The customer service is always nice and they are helpful. The receipts do say sales are final and I honestly do not expect them to know every detail about every item in the store, especially if they have not used it before. They have a lot of different items in such a small place it's easy to miss something so take your time looking. The employees are very transparent, they let me know that if you break a glass piece you can get another one at 50% off. They also warned me about the pricing on the Japanese food/ candy. It is priced very high and don't just hope you don't notice the price. They also have a cigar section with, again many options. I'd like to believe they have something for everyone because I have yet to not find what I was looking for.

The drinks were just strong enough. They also had a few games to play at the bar, so I beat my cousin in Connect 4 a few times. Lol The crowd started to come in about 30 minutes later. I took off my headphone between songs and at first it was a little awkward because you hear people singing, but there was no melody playing. This silent party had 3 dj's so you could switch if you didn't like the song. Each dj brought the heat and it was the most fun that I've had in a long time. Just imagine you singing in your car or in the mirror, that's how I felt at the silent party. I cannot hold a tune, but I was singing my heart out to each song that I knew.
