They advertise brunch with 4 options. Not the server's fault. But because she neither brought our food nor checked on us after we received our food, she was not there for us to let her know the chicken tenders were HORRIBLE. The Quesadilla Burger was more of a Tortilla Burger. But the grits were great - consensus of the table. We ordered 4 bottles for the mimosas. But we ran out of juice. She wouldn't know because she didn't check on us. Now we are ready to go. Taylor brings our checks. They have auto grat. We don't mind but don't understand. So, we ask why because she now comes back to the table. She says it is auto added and that the explanation is in her handbook. I have served before - if it isn't on the menu, the patron doesn't get auto-gratted. So, she is telling us how she is missing two checks. And she needs them. Not until you tell me why we have gratuities added for a table of 4! She goes to get Taylor who tries to appease us.
