I was treated fine and the food was great. I got biryani (goat, which wasn't on the menu but they offered to make it when I said it was my usual), and butter chicken. The biryani is the best I've had. Butter chicken is great, but dwarfed by the biryani. Garlic Naan is loaded with garlic, which I love, but probably too much for some. They didn't ask me for a spice level which worried me (from both directions). I assume I was given something on the more mild side, but still had a kick. Only critique is I'd ask for a bit more spice next time. Food was good. Service was friendly. They explicitly gave me advice for getting my order quicker next time (I walked in and had to wait, they recommending calling it in).

None of the games I looked at had prices, so every time I wanted to know the cost, I had to ask an employee. Instead of having a set price, they would pull out their phone, search eBay, and base the price on whatever listings or recent sales they found at that moment. It made the entire shopping experience feel awkward and inconsistent. Without clearly marked prices, it's impossible to compare games or decide what fits your budget while browsing. It also gives the impression that prices can change depending on who is asking or what the current online market happens to be. A retail store should have transparent, clearly displayed prices rather than making customers wait while staff search online marketplaces. I understand that retro and collectible games fluctuate in value, but that's part of running a game store. Prices should be researched ahead of time and labeled on the shelves, not determined only after a customer expresses interest. Overall, the lack of pricing transparency and the reliance on eBay for on-the-spot pricing made the experience frustrating. I probably won't return unless they adopt a more consistent and customer-friendly pricing system.

In the last 3 years my wife and I have spent over $30,000 at Bestbuy, a little over $10,000 being…read morewith magnolia. We had purchased a 75" Samsung 4K 3D tv for $4,299 plus tax and fees. Not even 3 years later the tv started going out. I had informed magnolia of my concern and they said because it's out of warranty there isn't much they can do, besides give me a small percentage off TVs they have in stock. Upon reaching out to Samsung, they charged me $100 and sent an authorized repair company out who informed me that the screen needed to be replaced at the cost of $1,800. The fact that neither Samsung nor magnolia stand behind their over priced junk, and do nothing to take care of a customer whom, not only takes home over 300k in their household, but spends a large percentage of that at Bestbuy, blows me away. I will never again spend a dollar at Magnolia, there is no benefit over shopping at amazon or another retailer at this point as they don't do anything for you once you give them your money.
