We buy a card with 25 credits and save the card to split it up each visit. Pros: -provide helmets and bats for free -multiple pitching speeds, types, and heights -pitching machine can do baseball, softball, and slow pitch -polite staff, not friendly, but not rude or mean Cons: -the building is whatever the temperature is outside in the summer since they use outdoor air, so expect to be completely hot and sweaty within minutes of standing still -no directions from staff about where to go or how to work anything. I had to specifically ask for each thing. "Where do we go? How do we use the machine? What do these cards mean?" -staff give the appropriate size bat, but don't help with helmets, so just try a bunch of sweaty ones on until you find one you think is supposed to fit

The night of the party my family and I showed up early to bring the cake, party favors etc and Gunnar & Nancy's and team helped us bring everything in and lay the favors, cake etc on the tables. Everything else was already set up as they provide tablecloths, cups, plates, drinks, pizza etc. When the guests showed up they immediately led the kids in a game of neon dodgeball. We had the place to ourselves so the kids were free to move between the three different activity areas. Everyone had tons of fun and we didn't have to lift a finger. The pizza was served buffet style, Nancy's team served unlimited soft drinks and they even cut and served the cake after we sang Happy Birthday. Thanks for a great party!

The staff were not so friendly like other kid's place. No one smile. They look busy and annoyed. You need to email to reserve the spot. The place run only from 6-8pm on Saturday Arrived 10-15 minutes early is recommended. It can get super busy. They don't have much space or hall for checking-in, people jam at the entrance with no line or instruction. I was standing there for a long time and people keep cutting in front of me. After check in, there was no instruction at all. I was told to go to dodgeball court and other group was told to go to Nerf combat Zone. My kids did not want to do dodgeball, so we just sit around and wait for a long time. (I did not know about another play zone that kids can go and play during waiting) This place is better for older kids. They basically have to play on their own. It is not a play place like Great Play in Redmond where the staff guild the kids. There are 3 main games in the place. 1. Dodge ball- The older kids and adults seem really enjoyed it, but it can get too rough for younger kids. Adults and teen threw the ball to each other hardly, the girls or younger kids would not enjoy being in there. 2. Nerf gun shooting game. Each kids get one plastic gun and eye grasses. I went to Virtual sport in Tukwila before and Rough house court was a bit too crowded compared to the one in Tukwila. There were about 20 kids in the shooting zone today. The kids could not run around much while playing. 3. Play zone (robe, climbing rock wall, basketball hoop). My kids like this zone the most. It is not too crowded and suit with their age (6 and 8 years old) I really like their concept but they need to get more organized. If you have 10 years old or older boys, they will have a blast there. I do not recommend younger kids to go there. The experience would be different If they have a person with a microphone for communicating and guiding kids and parents. Then they can greet people at arrival, tell them how to check-in, where to go after check in, announce when the round is over and say thank you to the customers.

This was in line of sight of staff who did nothing to stop this. Older kid took off to play. I find out later he was doing this all night to my child and it apparently started because he had punched ANOTHER child. Staff said nothing to me about the incident that occurred in front of all of us. Door was wide open, anyone could have walked in. Typically things involving kids are more secure. Ratio seemed acceptable, there were like 3 or 4 when we arrived and 2 when we picked up and there were less than 10 kids. You would think they could handle it or help redirect the aggression - especially between bigger and littler kids. I'm disgusted because the coaches are pretty great for soccer so we trusted Arena Sports. I would NEVER recommend this to any parent. We contacted Arena but have heard nothing...which honestly I kind of expected.

Most of the folks coming to bat here seemed like grade schoolers and given I visited at the start of spring, perhaps it was season. Nevertheless, there were cages available for me and my buddy to bat at. We had to go into one of the faster cages but as a beginner I was able to hit most of what came my way. Once in a while the ball pitched with a bit of a different trajectory but nothing crazy. We did not have our own gear, you can borrow what they have at Stod's. Definitely would come again.

So far this is the most imaginative! There are two mini golf courses: Water and Obstacle. Water is exactly that the name says. You have to putt your ball through water obstacles. The Obstacle Course you have to putt your ball through moving objects. Including a giant turntable!!! The turntable was awesome!!!! The hole and tee is on a giant rotating turntable. You have to negotiate the course while the course is spinning. Balance is everything. So is getting dizzy and falling down. Not to mention getting sick. I WANNA FO IT AGAIN!!!! Because of Andy, Ben, and Jimmy, he has excelled beyond his grade level and has moved up. Now he'll be doing select baseball and has a ton of confidence. This place was intimidating to me at first. Walking in and seeing so many older kids hitting so hard in the cages, I thought maybe my kid wasn't ready but after coming for many months, Ive seen a range of ages. It just so happens to be that sometimes there's group lessons or teams who rent out the cages. We've been using Jimmy regularly for an hour lesson to include pitching, hitting, and fielding and my son always looks forward to going to his lessons. The 1:1 attention is really what he needed to kickstart his baseball playing, and in just a single lesson, his hitting improved and he was at home practicing what he learned. The facility is right across from Nintendo and always had plenty of parking. You can wait upstairs or watch on the benches by each cage. Very knowledgeable staff and worth the price. I'd say best for kids 7 and up. I don't usually see any younger than that, but they really are great with any age/skill level.

This facility is now run by EL1 and the facility was bright, well equipped and well lit. The facilty is a great place for baseball and softball players to train and hone their skills. The cages have high ceilings to give a more realistic trajectory and exit velocity. The facilty is warm and a great place for parents to wait and watch their kids become the next pro player or improve skills for high school or college. It helps that my son's team, Boys of Summer train here weekly. The area where the parents can wait for their kids have a counter and free wifi to get work done or entertain yourself for hours. There are also many great restaurants or restaurants places nearby to grab a cold one. If your child has ambitions of becoming the next all star or just wanting to be better than last season in little league or hi oh school, this is the place for you. Il
