For a Saturday they were all so happy and ready to assist. We had to add my husband to my account first so we waited a few moments for a lobby rep. Thana (might have her name wrong) helped us with everything! She was so helpful and happy to help us out with our random requests. I loved that they were open on a Saturday and so willing to help. It was also a coworkers birthday and they all sang to her and were in great spirits. It definitely was a great environment and I felt very taken care of! The tone of the conversation was dismissive and lacked the courtesy and respect that customers deserve. Customer service should be built on professionalism, patience, and respect. Even when information cannot be provided, there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers. Based on this experience, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope management reviews customer service standards and provides additional training to ensure future customers are treated with dignity and respect.

I have to transfer my money into a different bank because Heritage doesn't have branches in many places. However, the pet insurance company they are marketing and profiting from is Odie. Odie has an F rating on BBB, a horrible rating on Trust Pilot, and a miserable rating on Yelp! There are MANY unhappy clients of Odie, yet the credit union seems to brush this off as nearly meaningless, a thing of the past. I feel WSECU is misleading its loyal members to make money rather than serving the members' best interests. In my view WSECU should always be truthful, accurate, honest, perform due diligence on the insurance products they sell, and guide their members in making well informed decisions about insurance as they do in other areas of business. After decades of being a member, this credit union has lost my trust and respect. The board of directors has been informed. And please, no patronizing or insincere replies are needed here WSECU.

Explaining things to Diana, she said "I have a simple answer". Within minutes she had it all sorted and the title company was satisfied. Her experience and knowledge really showed. Wanting to meet with them to deal with my existing accounts and open one with my daughter, I attempted to schedule an appointment. I used their online appointment request form a week ahead of my desired date. Although promised a 1-2 business day response, I never heard from anyone. So, the day before I wanted to meet, I attempted to call the office in Washington State where I was planning to go. My call ended up with a nice man in Tampa instead. He helped as much as he could and sent a message to the office I was trying to reach, asking them to contact me. They did not do that, and I had to cancel my plans with my daughter. I still have not heard back from them. I think they were not prepared for the huge increase in customers due to their acquisition of Ameritrade, especially after closing many offices over the past four years. Hopefully, the lawsuit to unwind this merger will succeed, but a resolution to that suit will still be years away. Meanwhile, I am shopping for a new place for my investments, because I can no longer trust Schwab to act in any competent manner.
