Went to pick up.. after paying an additional 20 to balance it I noticed that the weights they used were incorrect for my wheel. They swore up and down that I was wrong and the weights were "the right ones". Well, I paid and left only later realize they had marred my rim with the incorrect weights by pounding them on!! I walked around for a while and finally found an employee near the system. He said that I couldn't buy it there, didn't need a tag I just needed to go straight to the register and they'd figure it out. With everything I saw, there was only one left. So I booked it. We found ourselves in Weed, 800 miles from home, with a serious power steering leak. Somebody at a…read morelocal business recommended Rick as the only person they *would* recommend. Rick found the problem, repaired it using some hose and clamps he had in stock, and had us on our way in under an hour and a half. He advised us to replace the oil filter, too, since that was what the power steering line had rubbed against to cause the leak in the first place. We even got a ride down to Napa auto parts to buy the filter! This repair had nothing to do with alarms or car audio, so it shows the breadth of his expertise. We were very fortunate to have been sent their way. Otherwise, we would have been hanging out in Weed until the following Tuesday, at least. The guys were very kind to us, and I'm pretty sure they undercharged us. We were able to continue our vacation trip and make it home with no further problems. We wish this shop was closer to our home! We'd recommend them to anybody. Six out of five stars.
