When they left I was going to find another Psych/office simply for the fact I prefer a male therapist/psychiatrist. When I explained this over the phone while they were trying to set me up with an appointment with Dr. Berry they said I would only have to see her temporarily until they hired a new Psych (another male to replace the one who left), so I said 'ok sure'. My first appointment with her ended up being scheduled for the day I found out my mom committed suicide, literally scheduled for what ended up being 2 hours after I found out... I'm sure that was a first for her (previously scheduled appointment with a new patient who walks in almost right after finding something out like that)- however she handled that appointment as calmly as though it has happened a hundred times before. She gave me great insight into processing what happened, while also being a great listener, and not once ever 'saying the wrong thing' which can happen when you're in that sensitive of a moment. Well, I saw her after that with a concern over a undesirable side effect of the medication I was taking and she recommended me something that the previous Psych I had seen didn't know of, that is able to help with what I need AND not have this particular side effect. I am currently still waiting for them to hire a new male Psych, because Dr. Berry's case load is too much to take on new patients on a permanent basis- but I just wanted to write this review to exemplify how I do have a preference for gender relating to this field of medicine/situation, and she was able to impress and satisfy even me! As a side note their offices are very nice and the waiting room area is very appropriate for this line of work.

It ends up I had been diagnosed incorrectly, so Caryn prescribed the right type of medications for my diagnosis. I can hold down a job now. I am getting married, I have friends again, I go outside, i am not on my couch feeling lousy. I have a friend who sees someone else in her practice and she has had similar experiences. They have a nice office staff who called me back one evening to make sure I was able to get my prescriptions. They seem to really care.

I find Dr. Fawad to be kind, compassionate, and very understanding. Even more importantly, she takes the time to listen to what is going on and asks the tough questions, even the ones that might make us feel uncomfortable. But that's okay - that's her job. She may be in charge of dispensing the medication but I have NEVER felt like that was her job - she is much more of a listener to be sure our needs our met. It was a harrowing experience watching a child develop a disease that we didn't know she had and Dr. Fawad and her staff basically held my hand to be sure that everything went as it should. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this practice as I know many others who have had extremely dissimilar experiences elsewhere. We could not be happier.

Excellent Care & Compassionate Staff…read more I went to Mass General Brigham Urgent Care in Foxborough after I fell and had a deep gash under my lip that wouldn't stop bleeding. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Despite expecting a long wait, the three hours went by quickly, and I was actually called into a room in less than 10 minutes. The woman who escorted me to the room was incredibly kind, funny, and sympathetic--she immediately put me at ease and even had me laughing during a stressful moment. The PA and nurse who treated me were just as professional and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable and not awkward or embarrassed about falling. Everything was handled thoroughly and carefully, right down to my stitches. The facility itself was spotless and very well maintained. I truly felt cared for and respected throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care location and would not hesitate to return if needed. Great team, great care.

Brigham and Women's truly provides world class healthcare, and since I live in Rhode Island, this location is for more convenient for me for routine appointments than other Brigham locations. I find that the doctors here are generally on-time and I also don't feel that they are rushed during my visits. There is free parking nearby, and valet parking as well. The facility is clean and modern, and as an added bonus, there's a great view of Gillette Stadium! The only reason I'm giving B&W 4 stars at this location is that there does seem to be quite a bit of turnover in doctors here. I've had numerous changes in doctors, and though they all provide excellent care, I really wish that the doctors would stay here for a longer time.
