This school randomly increases tuition with very little notice. A lot of staff changes. I have messaged the director. I have called the office multiple times with no answer. I don't know who's above her but they need to know how unprofessional she is. My daughter suffered an injury while her their care. No report filed until I notified them. Now they want photos and a doctor note as proof when it's all on camera.

She was presumed to be singling out and having other children degrade my child as well as other kids. When head staff was presented with this matter, multiple times last year 2023 it was shrugged off, and all of my emails were ignored or returned with empty remarks. Right before his second grade year started, parents of the children in my sons classroom had told me that my son was being treated poorly and that is why some of our kids were bonding because they were sticking up for him. When I approached the head staff about this, they told me they would not be switch classrooms and I was for a lack of better terms out of luck. Then disenrolled my son after I said he wouldn't be attending if he could not switch classrooms. Poor community really bad people skills and a huge lack of empathy for the children who go to the school. it really is all about money here. I am happy. He is no longer enrolled at the school.
