I heard this happening to other patients coming in for their appointments. Either they have no clue how to use the software to schedule appointments OR they are cancelling people and slipping others into that time slot. Would not recommend this practice.

After a short hospital stay for x-rays and pain management, it was found that she had a slipped disc. Any thoughts of rehab had to be postponed, however, as she got sick with COVID-19 soon after. She recovered, but it left her a bit weak and unsteady. I called my girlfriend, a former gymnast, dancer, and now, doctor of physical therapy, who is director of rehab medicine for a hospital system in another state, and asked for advice. "You CANNOT go to some random PT clinic and expect them to be able to help your mother! It has to be someone who specializes in the spine, and thoroughly understands movement and the body. Whoever it is has to have the very specialized education and training to know how to get your mom back to functioning at the high level she's used to. " She called back a few minutes later. "I just found your guy." Dr. Sparacio, who goes by Jack, was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the first phone call, addressing all of my questions and concerns, including assurance that all COVID-19 safety protocols were in place at his clinic. Jack was to be out of town that week, but assumed me that all of his therapists were equally qualified. As promised, Cameron knew exactly how to work with my mom and get her started. Friendly, upbeat, and thoroughly professional, he clearly was someone who enjoyed his job. All subsequent sessions were with Jack, who gave Mom his full attention as he worked with her. He carefully explained how to do the exercises, as well as the purpose of each. In addition, Jack took the time to engage with and get to know my mother, listening as she told stories of her life and career. Though obviously a people person, it became clear that this was an important component of Jack's method of treatment. The space itself is clean and organized, but the "feel" is inviting and informal, even as profound and important healing work is done. My mother says that she can't thank Dr. Jack Sparacio and his staff enough for giving her the tools to feel and function so much better! Neither can I!

Multiple dates of service were denied because they did not enter the correct CPT codes and when my Health Insurance requested updated information, they simply ignored multiple letters that were sent to them. Mistakes happen, but what I can't understand is the attitude I received from Jennifer the owner regarding mistakes that were made on their part. Left messages for her to call me back, which were never returned and when I finally reached her and questioned why she did not return my call she blamed the friendly front desk. I repeatedly questioned the mistakes and asked her to resubmit the claims, she became frustrated and told me this was something she did not understand, which is a sad excuse for the owner of a business to actually admit. Not only did she not understand she took no steps to understand and did not help me with the situation. I am writing a yelp review in hopes that this wakes them up and they learn how to submit claims and bill correctly. Oh and 6 months later and they still have not submitted the claims correctly. Beware.

In a lot of places for physical therapy they just give you exercises but the therapists at Omni do great help working their hands on you. They feel the tight muscles and understand the human body on how the muscles interact. The office help is also wonderful to work with. I have had excellent results at Omni and that is why I'll always go back to them as needed.

I started working with Rojan. From the first session things improved dramatically . I can walk without pain a little longer. My hip pain and range of motion has greatly improved. Christina Maria Velez my regular PT was on vacation in Portugal. (Refused to take me) During my session I'm always given numerous exercises. It's never just the PT Helen or my regular PT Christina Maria Velez that's involved. Other staff members come by. Danielle (therapy aide), Danielle(physical therapy aide), Katherine (therapy aide), by saying hello. Asking are you okay? Sometimes Matt (therapy aide) and Jechar (therapy aide). This session with Helen (PT) I get started on the cycle machine. Teresa was by me asking how I was. I told her her name is easy to remember for I watch Real Housewives of NJ. LOL. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. In 2017 I had hip surgery and went to them for PT after that. When PT was finished, I continued working there with a personal trainer. It was the best decision of my life. It has kept me strong, and with a family history of osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, I need to work my joints and I know working with knowledgeable people has helped me tremendously.
