Once, I unexpectedly got a couple of flat tires and needed replacing, they got me them the same day and I don't feel like I was over charged. I'm sure if I went to a whole tire center I would have gotten a better deal but I didn't have the opportunity and I don't feel like I was ripped off.

Tonight the traffic was not bad at all, so getting back on to Hillside Ave was super easy. This is not always the case with getting in and out of this station. All of the stations within this block are pretty much the same with the entrance and exiting, this one is a bit dicey because its just in a super bad spot. I had received a similar estimate from another location where I had taken my car for an oil change a few weeks earlier. I got the work done, and within days, the car began pulling hard to the right, so much so that I needed to drive with the wheel at a 45 degree angle to the left just to keep the car driving straight. In a matter of days, the tread on the tire where I had the ball joint replaced was completely gone where it felt like driving on glass. As it turns out, they didn't not provide an alignment after installing the new ball joint which caused the problem (that I was quoted on and told was necessary with a new ball joint by the second location in their estimate only 10 days earlier). I brought the car back to the shop with bill in hand that indicates their work is guaranteed for 90 days. Their mechanic looks at the car, renders it undrivable and tells me that it will be another $2000+ to repair the damage. I asked how this was possible since they literally just passed me for an inspection and inquired about the guarantee, but was told the damage is completely unrelated to the work that was done at the time of inspection and that I would have to pay full price. So I am supposed to believe that after $800 worth of repairs to the front passenger side tire/ball joint, that completely coincidentally I've incurred another two grand in damages that are entirely unrelated to what was allegedly "fixed" only days earlier which has left my car undrivable? What a bunch of con artists. I'm currently looking into taking them to small claims court. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed.

Horrible customer service. There is never an attendant around to answer questions or solve…read moreproblems. The pumps NEVER have paper to print out receipts. Three days ago, when I stopped by to get gas, I scanned BJ's card and selected regular, but I noticed that the pump was charging me for premium gas. I tried to get the attendant(in his glass room) to help solve the problem or at least explain what was going on. He stared at me several times and then just turned his face away. I stopped pumping and went over to him to ask why I was being charged for premium instead of what I selected, and why there was no paper in the pump (as usual). He was extremely rude and adversarial, yelling from inside his booth that I should file a complaint with management. When I asked him--again--why the pumps NEVER have paper, he told me to look up the management's number and speak to them myself. He even refused to give me his name. I will not be giving them any more business. Even though the price is a bit lower, the operation and customer service are horrible.
