Not a bad car wash but check your receipt BEFORE paying. They tried to charge an extra $2 for a large suv when my car was tiny crossover. Manager said a large suv has a 3rd row of seats which mine does not. They took the $2 off and said the regular guy was out to lunch so the other guy didn't know. I come to this car wash because my Acura dealer gives me a free voucher for free wash. They try to charge me five dollars extra when I told them that it's free they then charged me two dollars extra. I guess it's not free but it was worth the two dollars, the only issue I have with this car wash is the drying process leaves a lot to be desired! overall compared to the other car washes that always leaves scratches on your car. This one is a lot less scratches I will be coming back the car was really clean. The only suggestion I have for them is to change the rags when you do the inside windows, because the windows remain dirty. read more

This place is horrible!! I used to think they did a good job until I found out that they stole my 6 yr old son's minion wallet from the 3rd row of our minivan. My son was sitting back there and came out during the car wash. He accidentally left his wallet on the edge of the minivan. When we got home, not stopping anywhere else, we looked all over the van for the wallet thinking it dropped through the cracks. Nothing to be found. Thinking it would be impossible for someone to steal a child's wallet we went back to the car wash expecting it was found and would be returned. To our shock they claimed that it was not taken. We were gone all of 8 minutes (back and forth from our house) and we requested that they look at the cameras and the "manager" claimed that it was not working! My son saves all his money in that wallet and he saved $50 to buy a Lego set and my decision to wash the car showed him the raw reality of dishonest people. The disappointment and shock in his face when I tried to explain to him that he was not getting the wallet back! I saw the review on how these people take change from people's car... their thief radar must have been glowing when they found 50 $1 bills stuffed in a minion wallet. Shameless people! Ehh... I'll try to be fair with my rating as this isn't a hand car wash and prices are on the lower side compared to other car washing I've been too. Service was great, no complaints in that department. My only issue is looks like there was a blob of soap that remained on the hood as well as the rims not being properly cleaned. (My car is 2019 so the dirt from rims should be able to be wiped right off). Mediocre overall. read more

I have gone here multiple times and each time it was a lousy car wash. It was a 50/50 shot of is being decently done or just a poor job. Zero attention to detail ever, I've actually had to tell the workers "you only did two out of the four tires". But because of easy logistics I kept coming back. I purchased a new vehicle, I came here for my first car wash. It came out scratched all over the place. Identical scratches on each door. I called when I got home to complain and was told the manager/owner was not there that day. I called back a half hour later and he was there. I brought my vehicle back over and was told it couldn't possibly be their fault. Charlie the owner shows me the brushes and all "look how soft he says", I said its not from your machines, I said its from your workers and their scrub brushes. He then proceeded to show me the video "see its not my guys". He had zero interest in listening to me or taking any responsibility, I said I find it extremely hard to believe a brand new car is magically scratched right after a car wash??? He then blamed it on where I purchased the car from. And proceeded to tell me, we have only had one scratched vehicle ever here. I surely beg to differ on that. Awful. I hate the word sucks but it does so badly. After the horrible wash and re-doing, and the loss of a magnet, the manager offered to do something for me. My gift was his wish for a nice Sunday. He's a nice man but not a smart thing to do. One would think after leaving dirt and junk under seats and in door compartments, he would have redone job. $29.95, the highest level offered, should be a decent job. Not here. I have been here 3 times. My first visit was awesome, the owner was there and helped my handicapped mother into the building. My car looked spotless. My second visit was still nice, but inconsistent to the first visit. I got the same wash (the $30 one) and the same amount of detail was not put into my car. AND they took my quarters out of my car that I use for parking meters.. I usually keep about $3 worth of quarters there... I regret giving them a $5 tip. My third visit was exactly the same as my second visit. Parts of my car were left out and again, no quarters left in my car.. and again, if i had known that they took their tip out of my car, I would not have left $5 in the tip box. Taking someones change out of someones car is an all time low for people that handle cars i.e. valet's, mechanics and car wash employees... Its safe to say I will never go back. I also found out that they took the quarters out of my sister-in-law's car too. Three strikes and you're out. read more

What it has going for it: - new equipment, new facility - pricing on par with other car washes on Long Island What it has going against it: - lazy workers....I have been there a couple of times when there is not one other car getting a wash. When they are drying the car, there is one guy doing it and another 2-3 just sitting there doing nothing. I then have to go over the car with all the places they missed. They do things quickly without any attention to detail just so they get back to just hanging out. I don't know whether it's because I look like a young girl but there were many spots missed. The out side and tires look very nice, though there were scuffs I found on the trunk that weren't there before. No big deal, I can buff those out. Now the inside, matts were done nicely basic vacuum was done but it was still dirty everywhere else. Lastly I was excited that my front windshield would finally be cleaned.. Not at all. Just as I left it. Basic info: I got the third package up- emerald ($20) 2013 beetle in white I got in before a slight rush, took about 15-20 mins in total I'm willing to try it one more time since you get a free wash for your birthday. I would not recommend this place if you value your car. My car has scratches on my hood that were not there prior to having my car washed but they insist from angle of video scratches were there prior, BS! The location they keep pointing out is not the issue but mere dust and refuse to address the actual scratches. I was told the scratches are from driving on the road, were there prior to the wash and could not possibly happen from their mitter curtains/machine...oh really? I will absolutely NEVER return! No tip box in the back so assumed the tip I gave in the front covered everyone, then when I said thank you the guy in the back shouted his best kung fu impersonation (I'm obviously Asian). Went to Razzle Dazzle on a hot day, and my conditioner was working just fine. After the car wash my air was blowing hot as can be. I tried all the buttons figuring the guys did something when cleaning the inside. No luck. Asked the attendants what happened. They did not know. They could not speak English. I got the manager or owner and he could not figure out what had happened. Told me my air conditioner was broke when I came in. Said my air conditioner was out of "gas." Air runs on Freon not "gas." After nasty attitude and no attempt to take responsibility, I left. Took my very hot blowing air conditioner to my mechanic who determined that the air conditioner housing under the dash and behind the glove compartment had been banged around by the vacuum hose used to clean the inside of the car, causing loose wire connections. Fixed the unit for $95.00. The attitude and helpfulness at Razzle Dazzle was horrible. Took no responsibility for the problem. And was nasty to boot. I put the car wash charge in dispute. I intend not to pay for their sloppy service. The car wash was not that good, either. Will never go back. read more

Excellent car wash on the North Shore. I went here with my extremely dirty vehicle (both exterior and interior) on a Thursday. There was one car in front of me but the workers moved at a quick clip. They quickly checked me in, and they offered me to wait inside their store/waiting room, where free coffee/tea awaited. I purchased the basic Sapphire wash which had my car being vacuumed and the console/steering wheel being wiped down and then the exterior being washed. They feature more advanced washes, all named after precious stones (ruby, emerald, diamond.) The prices are solid ranging from $12.95 for the Sapphire to $29.95 for the Diamond wash package, which includes a Interior Leather Conditioner and Rain-X for wheels. Inside, I signed up for the frequent customer program, which entitles you to a free car wash on (1)your birthday and (2)every tenth wash. They keep track of you via your license plate. I was pleasantly surprised with an extremely clean car. They actually vacuumed, which is something most car washes don't do well. And they wiped down my panels and center console, which had been well stained with coffee. I'm extremely happy with the service. read more

I have been to Razzle Dazzle numerous times since they opened in my town about a year ago, i say they put everyone else to shame. Every time i go back I'm treated more and more like family. The owner and his son are always happy and talking to costumers. The workers there pay extreme attention to detail when it comes to vacuuming and cleaning the inside and out of all three of my cars, i had two of them detailed there and they both came out looking brand new. The owners son is the one who detail's and he pays extreme detail to his work, you can see the pride him and his father take in there job and the cars that come out of the wash. If they damage anything and it is there fault they are the first to take all responsibility and fix it asap. This is a family fun place and is the best car wash in port. I just had my car washed here and they did a great job. I have ornamental pear trees next to my driveway and between the pears and the flocks of birds that eat the pears - my truck was . . . Disgusting! They took extra time to hand wash and treat the car before it went through. Very happy with the sevice. Things were clean, but there was still sand or dust here and there, water streaks, and the leaves that collect around my trunk were still there. I like their buy a certain number get one free system and that they'll wash the car for free again if it rains or snows within 24hours of your last car wash. Today, however, I went in for my standard "emerald" package and the guys really spent their time making sure everything was spotless. Someone even noticed some road paint and cleaned it off. I was exceptionally happy. Turns out, this might have been because the owner and his son were there. Normally love getting a car wash here. Wish they had an early bird special. But I went yesterday and the entire interior of my car was not cleaned well at all up to par. Dash not wiped at all, cup holders not cleaned, doors not wiped down. And I paid for higher service besides the regular one. The owner was accommodating though and told me if I was in the area to come back and he would fix no charge and apologized.
