My fiance had been looking to get his car windows tinted and with the summer heat around the corner, we figured it'd be time to get it done. With it being around their birthday, it only made sense to lean into it and see what winter specials we could come across. SoundWave was holding a tint special with ceramic wrapping and it was a price that we could not beat. The special covered all the windows except for the front windshield. We went a little lighter on the front seats and had a darker tint for the back windows. It is crazy how much of a difference it made to the vehicle and completely transformed it. This transformation took a little under two hours so timing was not bad at all. The team was super nice and very professional. It's been a week and the wrap hasn't peeled nor any issues. Went for a tint job all around and my windshield, got a bit huge scratch across the windshield and the tint is cut very poorly, for 500$ the quality was honestly terrible, save yourself the money and the time don't even bother coming here. razor blades and all sizes of tint found under the seat, same with the plastic film, for 500$ u couldn't even pick up your trash, come on. read more

Went to to have an audio system installed payed for everything in advance to alleviate any issues with my system being done in a timely manner. Was told the entire build would take 6 weeks dropped off vehicle and a month later contacted them to see how progress was coming was told that things were on track. When I showed up on week 6 to get my vehicle it wasn't any where near complete. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn't there tried contacting him several times and he hasn't returned my calls. Very bad business practice especially for a customer who paid for work to be done in advance. Take your business elsewhere. Josie is the main person that answers the phone and she sucks. I spent over $1,000 here on a sound system and not only did she not provide the correct amp, but she then overcharged me for the correct one and also double charged me for materials she already priced out for me in the first place. And then I scheduled an install with her and she made me wait over an hour and a half and when I called her to tell her that I was still waiting inside the shop, she told me she would be there in five minutes then rolled up getting out of the passenger seat of some yellow ricer car. She then left the shop again before finally coming back and then I noticed her outside at the back of my vehicle trying to open it up. She has zero common sense. Super disappointed as a customer. You would think after somebody spends over $1000 in products that they would be appreciated as a customer, but not here! Josie is an idiot. No relay of information or anything after leaving me sitting and waiting for over an hour and a half. Then trying to open up my car without even coming back inside to where I had been waiting and asking me to come out open up my personal vehicle...who does that? I noticed her trying to open my back hatch and then she acted all surprised when I walked outside and asked her what she was doing (aftOnly person I have anything positive to recommend is the installation personnel, they did an awesome job and were extremely professional. Once the install guy finished, he asked me if I would like to come outside and check everything out so he could show me how everything worked and see if I had any questions. That guy did an awesome job. Their receipt states "No Refunds and No Cash Back" a cop out for their mistakes. The receipt says "Only Store Credit" but Josie won't even answer my calls anymore after I pointed out their mistake. I can't even find over $300 worth of items purchased anywhere on my vehicle. Zero stars for the management but 5 stars for the installers. Don't go here. If I could give this place negative stars I'd give it negative 10. Probably one of the worst businesses in El Paso. Paid almost $600 for a remote start and tint Nov 11, truck was there for over 6 hours, tint was done wrong and remote start system was missing a part, waited over a month for them to get the right part and reschedule me, Dec 14 I left my truck for another 5 hours, and still NOTHING was done. Again due to not having the part they waited for the previous month...The tint was also not done, again, for whatever reason. No apology, no refund, no explanation. You're better off going somewhere else, it'll save you time and money on the long run. I've had to go back multiple times and leave my car for hours and when i called them to get a update on the vehicle, They'd tell me multiple times that the car was ready and when I arrived at the shop, it wasn't. Which resulted in me dropping my car off in 4 separate occasions for long hours. I paid in advance to get my door handles and mirrors wrapped. The wrap on the mirrors literally only lasted 1 day before they began to peel. My door handles are starting to come off as well. Won't be returning here ever again. Horrible quality. read more

They install quick and seems to be ok but the clear bra they installed on my new vehicle keeps peeling and they have cut it, heated it and claimed they fixed it but it is peeling. They won't answer the phone, text or messages. So now I will have to go somewhere else to get a new install done. I don't recommend this shop, they take your money and run. Do NOT GO HERE you will waste your time here don't go. I gave this place a chance even after reading all their bad reviews. So I got a good deal on the phone so it was cheap and the lady gave me an estimated time of 2 hours to install which seemed like a great deal so I set an appointment and you have to pay when you set an appointment which was a mistake because they do no cash back they do "in store credit refund" which is where I messed up. The next day I drop it off for my appointment I ask the guy that was in the back how long it would take he said "I'm still working on a vehicle should take be 15 min then I'll start on your vehicle which should take 2 hours" which is understandable they are busy even though u set an appointment I didn't think much of it so I left it there 2 hours later I called to check on my car and they tell me they haven't even started the lady said "we are just starting on it sir " I was confused because they literally told me it would take 2 hours and yet they still haven't touched my car apparently so I waited 3 hours and called again the lady tells me "we don't have all the equipment for this install we can't do it" at this point I'm upset because I need my car and these people couldn't do it within the time that I left my car so I drive to the place and I look outside and my car hasn't moved since I left it they literally didn't touch it at all I walked in the lady made up some bs excuse I asked for my money back she said she only did in store credit I keep telling her to refund me and she wrote up a check and gave me my full refund but I think it's really unprofessional and disappointing because they literally wasted their time and my time on some bs lies just to get money using their "NO CASH BACK" read more

I had a system installed in my Expedition 3 weeks ago , and let me assure you it's been the worst experience I've ever had with a "company" . Owner super rude does no wear mask when talking to you 1500 was what I paid for stereo, amplifier, and 2 twelves with a custom made box (at least is what my receipt says) . I dropped of my truck 9 a.m I was told my truck would be ready in 3 hours (took all day) we had an agreement on what I wanted , I showed up 6 hrs later to a completely different type of speakers I wanted very poorly made box . I let the owner know it's not what I wanted , she gave 100 excuses on why that's a better option (gave her the benefit of the doubt) took my truck and 30 mins later everything stopped working 4 days later the box was falling apart opening and rattling when volume was up , amplifier heated up to much even to touch it would shut everything off. I took it back after excuses and more excuses took me 3 weeks for them to look at it again instead of my custom made box wich they charged me for now I got a car style box in the back of my expedition and very unhappy with it the connections are loose they fall off when volume is up my voice keeps shutting off when I put volume up amplifier keeps going in protection mode and shuts everything off !!! Now I'm looking for a professional shop to fix the bullshit they did . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING !!!!
