They had guys working- so no excuse for what they did. We pulled in with a flat in a new tire, they told us they couldn't help us now- come back TOMORROW!! Um, yeah- drive home on a flat tire, come all the way back the next day in that same flat tire.. and stay home hoping you don't have a medical emergency and need to get to the hospital! Seriously guys??? We drive to the nearest tire shop, stopping a few times to blow air in the tire with a little in car compressor.. they had us fixed, and out the door in less than 10 minutes! All the tire needed was a new stem valve. Oh- and we also decided to purchase winter tires at the same time. Still can't believe a tire shop would tel you to come back the next day to fix a flat!

When I changed my tires at Lynns' Auto, I asked Lynn if it's the struts problem, he and his staff tested drive and checked, then Lynn told me it's not the struts problem, it's sway bar link problem and let me change that. I confirmed with Lynn more than three times if he is sure the problem is that, he said he is quite sure about that, and let me bought the parts online and come to him to repair it. So I bought the parts online and went there ask him to repair it. He was very confident about the job and started to replace it when I came again. When everything is done, he and his staff tested driving it, then he told me please to pay for the job. Before I pay, I asked if the sound was removed, he said you need to change the struts, the struts are weak and cause the sound...... poor service, waste me one week to order the parts, two hours wait there, and waste me more than 150USD for the job, how can he trade customer like this? worst experience!

Joe and Mainly Benz Service did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job (and at a very reasonable price) diagnosing the problem on short notice (he said "bring it over first thing tomorrow morning and we'll have a look at it!") and replacing the a/c compressor the very next day even though, understandably for such a great Mercedes Benz repair shop, there were no service appointments available for the next several weeks. In short, Joe and Mainly Benz Service came to our rescue and in a very big way (with tremendous honesty and integrity). This is a FIRST CLASS Mercedes Benz repair shop in every way that can easily rival the best Mercedes Benz dealership or service center. Rather than install a new OEM line which is covered in some kind of rubber or plastic, which I have learned rodents like, Jovan sought out a metal alternative which he adapted at the ends to make the necessary connections. Another thoughtful fix from Jovan, which is why I keep going back to him!

They brought the vehicle to another mechanic and it was proven that the issue that Gios repair shop (Garrison Gulf) was supposed to fix didn't fix at all. They scammed them out of $400.
