Michael Norris came highly recommended from a friend, and I couldn't be happier that I went with that recommendation. He eased the stress and panic off me after our first meeting. Having a full time job, and little to no experience with the court system, this was not something I had the time for, nor wanted to deal with, AT ALL. Michael Norris was extremely professional and great to work with from the initial consultation, to the court dates over a year later, I was regularly updated with the status of my proceedings, and he really made a nerve-wracking situation as painless as it could possibly be. His staff was excellent, I was never left out of the loop, and was always able to reach his assistant, Allegra, with one phone call. I never once had to hear, "let me find out" or "let me look it up." It really seemed like everyone in his office was on the ball at all times. His demeanor in the court was also very re-assuring. I am, by no means, qualified to evaluate an attorney, but he constantly had me impressed with his knowledge of the law, and confidence.
