They've been maintaining our pool for the past six years, and their service has been consistently outstanding. Recently, we discovered cracks in our pool that were causing a leak. Naturally, we were concerned about the repairs and the cost. Luis took the time to inspect everything, explain exactly what needed to be done, and provide a clear, detailed breakdown of every expense. He answered all of our questions and reassured us the repairs would be completed within two weeks. True to his word, everything was finished on time, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our pool looks absolutely beautiful and was ready just in time for summer. What sets Luis and his team apart is their honesty, reliability, and communication. They always take the time to explain things, are transparent about pricing, and genuinely care about doing quality work. When this guy talks, its always so positive like "no problem I got it" but when it actually comes to meeting deadlines, this guy is a 0/10. The people he subcontracts to while he sits on his fat ass collecting a check, do horrible work. I bet they're underpaid too. He does nothing but collect money. Drives around in a Shelby Ford truck that he paid for scamming and overcharging people for and underpaying his workers that he subcontracts to. But then again, maybe they're not really underpaid because the work they do is absolute garbage. I paid him $33,000 to remove a pool, and he missed just about every deadline; finished about 2 weeks AFTER when he told me it was gonna be done. Did not re-tile any of the surrounding areas and left it a mess. Said he would do me a "favor" help me sell my pool equipment (filter, control panel, heater, etc). Didn't do any of that. In the process broke a light that I could have resold for around $500 from god knows what. This guy is the poster child for shady sales. Overpromise. Underdeliver. Make shit up, and repeat. I will be posting this to ALL of his applicable review sites. Yelp. Google. BBB. If after reading about my review (and be sure to read all the 1 star reviews he's gotten before mine from Google Reviews) if you are still considering hiring this bum, then god help you. We asked for a quote to install a pool heater. When we received the quote, they required a 50% down payment. We gave them the 50%. That was months ago. As of this date, they have not installed the pool heater. They started to repair our pool sweep. It needed a very common part, available from Leslie's Pool. As of today, the pool sweep has not had not been repaired. We finally had enough, and fired them. I give a poor review, which accurately represents their level of service. We are very disappointed with them and recommend caution to their customers
