Had truck towed to South Coast that weekend and got it back on Tuesday completely repaired! The owner told me the ball joint was faulty and did not charge us anything. Really appreciate his followthrough with this very unfortunate event. They had to replace a lot of other parts also due the ball joint failure and had to realign front end of truck. He hasn't provided the writeup for the diagnostic, or an estimate for the work. I've contacted him to at least get the diagnostic write up, but he hasn't responded to my calls, emails, or messages on Yelp. I do not recommend using him to anyone. It is the 9/23 and I have not been given the diagnostic I paid for. Do not use him.
