Very good pricing and communication with customers. The opposite of chain repair shops, will be going here for further notice.

At a Mini mechanic claiming the same issue!RIP OFF! Went to my local mechanic and he said they were not being honest! since the owner wants to attack me, I was at this shop once before and it was a positive interaction however they said they cleared all my check, engine, lights and warning lights! Once I drove around for a few days, those lights all came back on and I purchased a scanner to figure out what was going on. Turns out that they could've easily figured out that all I needed was a Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid . So after two visits to the shop, not only did they not diagnose it, but it causes me to fail my inspection so then I had to purchase a reader and then fixed it myself! and they said that my warning lights for my headlights and my tail lights were short! So I bought headlights myself and put them in and the tail light was an easy fix, but they couldn't figure this out either! This shop is a farce. Don't trust them whatsoever the owners arguing with me over their failure to actually do a good job for their customers! This car runs great and I take care of it and have every maintenance done that I can as it's driven all across the country for over 107,000 miles so for you to question my upkeep of it is offensive!!!

When I arrived I was surprised it was no charge. It's not expected but it is appreciated. The rose brightened up my day as well. Thank you to the folks at Gerald's - I'll always recommend you to friends and family. Sidenote - park along the grassy areas back around the neighborhood or if in the parking lot, look for the green pole posts. If not, car may get towed while waiting to be serviced. The parking lot in the back is mostly reserved for the shopping area patrons.

And they recommended a place that specializes in finding issues that no one else can. I did't end up going, because just like everywhere else they said it would be like $200 just to look at it. Pass. It ended up getting fixed so I'm good on that. But this review is about my current service for brakes and tires. I have an olllllddddd car so this won't be the same for everyone but I got out of there with new back brakes, rotors, etc. plus 4 new tires for under $900!! Dude - I have NEVER paid this amount ever for brakes and tires. I almost cried. They also told me that my shocks, that another dealer said I needed to get done, were absolutely FINE! That other place was gonna charge me like almost $3k!!! Anywho, dropped off the car at 7:30am and they were done shortly after 1pm. With the amount of work already lined up - I was shocked. I thought for sure it would be done the next day. Lastly, I got there at like 7:10am to wait and there was already a line but their procedures for this (which apparently they're used to) were so organized snd efficient and got everyone checked in and out the door in less than like 15 minutes. I've never seen that. They also clapped for us as we entered. That really caught me off guard, but I thought it was kinda cool and cute. Who does like an applause?? lol I am blown away right now. I'm officially a lifetime customer. Wish I'd have been going to them from the start!

In 1999, when track work took over the majority of the business, Autometrics Motorsports split off as its own entity. ERIN and SKYE went above and beyond by applying coupons and making price adjustments whenever possible. We really appreciate the effort they made to help lessen the financial burden. Not everything always turns out perfectly in situations like this, but what really matters is how things are handled and they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. They truly are one of a kind and represent the business very well. We are grateful for all the support they've given us from the start. As for the mechanic, I can't fully say much just yet. There was an issue previously where I paid for something that was not replaced. Thankfully, I noticed it, brought it to their attention, and they corrected it. I'm hopeful that everything is now in good condition with the repair. I'm praying that everything inside is okay moving forward. Overall, thank you to the team for working with us and addressing our concerns. We truly appreciate the effort and care shown throughout this experience.

Honest-1 didn't replace the filter housing correctly and my 2019 4Runner was noticeably low on oil when it was discovered. Fast forward - my engine now has internal damage and either needs to be replaced or rebuilt (in part). My main mechanic (Japanese Import Pros) confidently stated that the problem with my engine is result of being driven on low oil. Honest confirmed that there is internal damage, after their "master mechanic" changed other parts I didn't actually need and the problem still persisted. They actually denied hearing anything initially. Honest-1 ran me low on oil originally Honest-1 told me it wasn't an internal issue, replaced functioning parts with factory equiv OEM parts that I didn't need (problem still exists). They waived corrective oil change charges and replacement parts charges (covering their tracks) Changed their story twice Signed me up for a line of credit that I never asked for (told me they finance work if needed, but actually signed me up for a credit card instead) They are offering one solution, they tear apart the engine to assess before they do anything for me. Why would I allow them to do that after all of this? A shop that damaged my vehicle wants to disassemble the engine to prove they didn't do anything?!? GM has been communicating just fine- though I found out my neighbor took them to small claims and they were ordered to pay and never did. Just a fair and factual warning to everyone who considers this shop. I should have paid mind to their reviews across FB, Google and all other avenues of review because they are all not good.

They have one plan in mind & that is to rip you off anyway they can. I went in on Wednesday to get a tire fixed that had a screw in it & get a oil change. Had to make a appointment to come back on Thursday at 8:00am. I was there at 7:45. The people were unbelievably rude. My truck sat in the parking lot for a hour & 15 minutes before they took it in. Finally 3.5 hours later it was done & cost $124.47. When I left the check engine light was on, there was no oil change sticker on the windshield so I'm not even certain they changed it. By the time I got home the slow leak I had in my tire was now a fast leak. I put air in it 3 times & got it back to the shop at 8:00am Friday only to be treated like shit again. It was another 1.5 hours before they took my truck in to re fix what they messed up. I also asked them about the sticker & the engine light which they never even responded to me. Finally after 2.5 hours I asked how much longer only to be talked down to & treated like I was a bother. So finally 3 hours later they tell me I owe them another $44.93 because they did not charge me correctly the day before. They refused to give me my keys until I paid them a second time. I asked for receipt & they did not want to give me one. Said they would email it but they said that yesterday as well. Well I got my receipt (see photos) and they are printed so you can't really see all the bogus charges but you can see enough that the $ amounts do not add up to the totals. I will be disputing this with my credit card & making a report with the BBB. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists at all cost. Update I just went outside & my tire is flat again. It has not even been a hour. I have spent 3 days & more than 10 hours with these scam artists to fix a simple screw in a tire & it is still not fixed.
