Had my sons front end completely rebuilt on his 2500 Chevy Silverado three months back at South Coast. 3 months later the ball joint pin broke and the truck went down to the street damaging other parts. Had truck towed to South Coast that weekend and got it back on Tuesday completely repaired! The owner told me the ball joint was faulty and did not charge us anything. Really appreciate his followthrough with this very unfortunate event. They had to replace a lot of other parts also due the ball joint failure and had to realign front end of truck. Highly recommend! I happened to have a flat tire near this business so I turned into the entrance. Although they were closed, Louis Brown's friendly staff welcomed me and kindly and replaced my flat tire with a temporary tire that allowed me to drive to a tire shop down the road. I am very happy with the work that was performed! I had a bad water pump in my VW Passat and they understood that I needed my car business. The service was performed quickly and also efficiently. After the work, my steering wheel no longer shook as well. Not a huge nuisance while it happened but a pleasant surprise when it was no longer there.
