    When my mother passed away, we combed through my parents' storage unit to find as many family…read morephotos as we could. I found an envelope with the negatives of photos from my parents' wedding. This was so exciting, because for whatever reason, my brother and I had only ever seen one picture from that special day. I really wanted to see the rest of the photos, but I had no idea what to do with the negatives or how to make that happen. On top of that, the negatives were an abnormal size (not too surprising considering they were almost 40 years old). I entrusted the negatives to Laura, and I was absolutely blown away by what she could do with them! First, she brought all of the photos to life in color and entered them into a Google Drive for me so that I could easily access them. As I looked at photos for the first time of my mother preparing before her wedding ceremony, I wept at being given the gift of that intimate snapshot from her life (I'm tearing up now just thinking about it). Laura also created a digital album that arranged the photos logically from the flow of the wedding day. She helped to print copies of the album so that I now have a beautiful, tangible keepsake for that occasion. I can't wait to give one to my dad - he's an emotional guy, so I know he'll cry, too! Add to all of this the fact that Laura was able to put the photos on a USB for me as a secondary backup just in case, and I cannot emphasize enough how highly I would recommend her services. If you have family photos that you don't know what to do with, wish you could organize, bring to life, etc, reach out to Laura! You will be so very glad that you did.

I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism she provided. My mother was thrilled and can now watch that video to remember our birthdays and holidays and relive precious memories any time she wants. I would highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

    Been dealing with this company for about a year. Worst bunch of nitwits I've ever crossed paths…read morewith..I kept returning because they had good prices on one specific item (That's now turning out to be of inferior quality). But that's it, I'm through dealing with them. -Avoid their storefront in Anaheim, they never have anything in stock that their site says is available. I've had to leave empty handed before and call them repeatedly to ask if something is in stock, over time I didn't think the place would still be in business the next time I had to stop in. -The last straw was double-charging my debit card then giving me the runaround for a couple of days about refunding me. They said they refunded..I didn't get it..I call..Same story..Wash Rinse Repeat. According to the two people I spoke to, it was an unforeseen circumstance beyond their control. But for the record: I'm not as angry about the charge as I am about the way they handled it..I was not offered an incentive to return or even a sincere apology...Hell, the adult bookstore I wrote a bad review about offered me a 50% discount to come back, how difficult can customer service be? Even Walmart has been known to step up to the plate when something goes wrong. Keeping people happy is not rocket science, its called having good manners..These people have none, and I just can't support that anymore. Either they'll learn one day, or they won't. It just doesn't matter to me anymore. There's about a hundred things they could have done to make me happy but instead chose not to. These people are complete snobs and do not care about you one way or another. But if you must deal with them because you exhausted all other options, pay in cash and get a receipt. The email form is useless if you're expecting a reply, and make sure to call ahead and ask if they have it in stock before making the trip there for supplies. This has been one headache after another. Can somebody just slap me in the face? Because I swear this was the biggest nightmare of my life, all to save $8.

    I just learned that My 1000 CDs that were made for a big promotion are not playable. They seem to…read morebe blank. The day before they were to be done the company had an equipment failure of some sort, but they said they fixed it. We are not sure if they are all unplayable or just some. I had these made for a promotion at a big seminar where they were handed out as gifts to attendees. The potential business from this promotion would have been substantial. But now I am screwed.
