I've used Vic's 4 times now and each time has been great. The first time I had waited for another…read moretowing company for about 2 hours, all the time missing work. It was getting to be about 12am when I called Vic's. They contacted the driver right away and he called me to let me know that he would be there in 15 minutes. He was there in exactly 15 minutes, put my van on the flatbed and recommended a repair shop. A completely painless experience. I could go on about the other times but I don't want you to think I am employed by them.

Horrible service, they got tow truck stuck because driver did not listen when i told him not to…read moreback flat bed up onto the ground where my vehicle got stuck in mud.....driver was nice, however it took hours out of my day, i offered 2 help get his big dually tires unstuck. Grabbed 2 long shovels to dig tires out, i actually did most of the digging. Still couldn't get his truck out, so i offered to grab my steel ramps used for getting machinery up into p/up truck. Put them down, then he gunned it, the tires spun spun spun, destroyed my ramps. Driver told me to call the owner and he would make it right. Well the owner blew me off, said he would call the driver and get his side of the story. I told him that there's driver literally told me to call him there. And then I have pictures of the ramps destroyed underneath the tires of the truck you said OK. Ay no problem. He would get right back to me same day. I said because I asked him. Are you gonna get back to me today and he said yep, I'm just gonna call them first. He never did, I called back he blew me off again. I'm going to call him today. See what they say if they don't handle it. It's simply a $200 ramp From harbor freight, all they need to do is pay me back. I will escalate. I will also follow up. Regarding outcome. I had a dent on my bumper that was preventing me from passing my state inspection (even though it's…read morepassed for the last 10 years), so I called up Mike's to talk about options. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. Thankfully I haven't had to use their services in about 4 years, but I've recommended them to several friends over the years and they've gotten rave reviews.. they're well known in town as well and anyone will tell you to call them first. they're a family business and treat each and every customer like family and with the utmost respect. You never have to worry about your car being damaged if you have them tow it, they treat it like they would treat their own. All the drivers are polite and courteous. I wouldn't call anyone else!
