Grabbed 2 long shovels to dig tires out, i actually did most of the digging. Still couldn't get his truck out, so i offered to grab my steel ramps used for getting machinery up into p/up truck. Put them down, then he gunned it, the tires spun spun spun, destroyed my ramps. Driver told me to call the owner and he would make it right. Well the owner blew me off, said he would call the driver and get his side of the story. I told him that there's driver literally told me to call him there. And then I have pictures of the ramps destroyed underneath the tires of the truck you said OK. Ay no problem. He would get right back to me same day. I said because I asked him. Are you gonna get back to me today and he said yep, I'm just gonna call them first. He never did, I called back he blew me off again. I'm going to call him today. See what they say if they don't handle it. It's simply a $200 ramp From harbor freight, all they need to do is pay me back. I will escalate. I will also follow up. Regarding outcome. When I returned home to Fall River, MA, I sought out Mike's Collision. I chose Mike's because of convenience, fairness, and honest appraisals. For me, it also mattered that the facility is "Faith based", meaning that they answer to a higher authority. The Associate who served me is Steven Medeiros. He was sensitive, personable, and competent. He offered several options. I chose a less expensive one because I didn't want to go through insurance and I plan to keep the car. Plus, I can't stand to be without transportation. The work done was truly incredible! The amount estimated was the exact amount charged. Service was provided while I waited. The waiting area is quite comfortable with reading materials and snacks. I am truly grateful.

Thankfully I haven't had to use their services in about 4 years, but I've recommended them to several friends over the years and they've gotten rave reviews.. they're well known in town as well and anyone will tell you to call them first. they're a family business and treat each and every customer like family and with the utmost respect. You never have to worry about your car being damaged if you have them tow it, they treat it like they would treat their own. All the drivers are polite and courteous. I wouldn't call anyone else!
