I was very apprehensive about leaving my vehicle with just any shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was dealing with professionals who genuinely care about their customers. The office was clean and welcoming, and everyone I met was professional, well-presented, and friendly. That means a lot to me. What stood out most was the calm, positive atmosphere. Everyone seemed happy and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. To me, that says a lot about a business and the people who work there. While reviewing my insurance coverage, we discovered that I didn't have rental car coverage. Stephen and the owner went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate, which relieved a lot of stress during an already difficult time. I'm anxiously awaiting the completion of my vehicle repairs, but based on the service I've received so far, I know it's going to look amazing. Got in a car accident and I knew a couple people that had used them so I brought my car here. I…read morecalled first thing in the morning and told them I was in an accident and wanted to bring my car there, and asked if I needed an appointment or needed to contact my insurance first, or whatnot and how they wanted me to do it. The person on the phone said I could just come by anytime. Hearing that, I dropped my car later that afternoon. Turns out, I was talking to the answering service and not actually anyone there. They said they were backed up for over a month, and I needed an appointment. Explaining my situation, the owner did accommodate me, and ultimately the car was declared a loss, so I can only speak to their customer service skills. Which overall were fine. It would be helpful, in the future, if the answering service either identified itself as such, or didn't give answers without knowing the answer for sure.
