When I went in for a full detail, the results were terrible -- crumbs, trash, and debris were still in the car (See attached photos). When I called, they told me to come back so they could "fix it," but all that meant was sending one person out to do a quick spot clean. The car clearly needed to be redone entirely. There were three guys working there and they finished our SUV in ten minutes! I was horrified when we drove away. The shoe scuff on the dashboard was still there! I wiped it off with some spit on a napkin. They hadn't touched the dashboard-it was still dusty. The nooks and crannies up front were all ignored. They did not touch the trunk! It was $45!! For what? We should have taken it back but we were pressed for time. Next time, we'll drive it through a car wash and clean the interior ourselves. More work but why pay with this awful service!
