My mom had a bad experience recently and warned me, but I figured it was just a one-time thing. When I went in for a full detail, the results were terrible -- crumbs, trash, and debris were still in the car (See attached photos). When I called, they told me to come back so they could "fix it," but all that meant was sending one person out to do a quick spot clean. The car clearly needed to be redone entirely. I wiped it off with some spit on a napkin. They hadn't touched the dashboard-it was still dusty. The nooks and crannies up front were all ignored. They did not touch the trunk! It was $45!! For what?
