It is solely a suite rented amongst other suites dedicated to beauty services such as hair, nails, etc. Upon making my same day appointment, Belle was extremely thorough with my questions and concerns and gladly answered them in a professional manner. Once I arrived, about 7 minutes before my appointment, she was ready to take me in and greeted me outside of the suite door. When I went inside the suite it was a small room smelling amazingly clean with aromatherapy oil scents. I immediately felt like I was as inside of a little spa room and forgot about my outside surroundings. She took me in promptly, made me fill out paperwork and started my pampering. From steam to hot towels, scrubs and a mask. My face was feeling relaxed! It was massaged in a way it's never been before, I truly felt RELAXED. Exactly what I had come in for. I left with a very clean, hydrated, brand new face. I purchased the classic facial and it was so worth it. I want to come back and try derma-planning or microdermabrasion. The tools and utensils she used were all sterilized, the room was squeaky clean, she was very very professional and has amazing hands she works with. Her products are high end she uses some Skin Fitness and German products. Absolutely fantastic! I truthfully left there feeling brand new and wished the facial lasted hours! It's been 3 days and zero breakouts from it :) Bottom line: this is not a spa, there are no lockers, they don't serve you fruited water or drinks, it's exclusively facials and you get your treatment and get out.
