The only reason why I am only giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first time I arrived at the spa the staff was going to do a completely different treatment than the one I requested, because they confused me with another patient even though I was the only person in the spa. I also wish there was more follow up from the staff, such as calling to confirm appointments.

This was the single biggest cosmetic mistake I have ever made…read more I had tear trough filler done here, and it was performed incorrectly. The filler was injected too superficially, which was immediately obvious after the procedure. The placement was wrong, the contour was distorted, and I knew right away something was not right. I had to seek care from a plastic surgeon shortly afterward, but the damage had already been done. Years later, I am still dealing with under-eye issues that I did not have before -- including chronic puffiness, unevenness, and disruption of the natural under-eye contour. This procedure fundamentally changed how my face looks, and not in a subtle way. Tear trough filler is a high-risk procedure that requires advanced anatomical knowledge and extremely precise technique. Based on my experience, this provider did not have the skill required to perform it safely. This was not a matter of preference or "liking the result" -- it was poor placement that caused long-term problems. I deeply regret trusting this provider. I would strongly caution anyone considering tear trough filler here, or honestly any filler here at all. No one warned me of the risks, and no one should have to live for years with the consequences of a preventable mistake.

I was told I that I was given the strongest dosage and that it was a onetime procedure and that within the 10 months I would see the results. Well, it's been over 10 months and Nothing! I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results.
