I had to return for two rounds of filler for my lips. They came out very natural, and I was pleased. The only reason I didn't return was due to the high prices, which were higher than most places I've seen and visited. This may be because it is a licensed doctor/surgeon. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. The space is also beautiful. I wish I could afford to receive services from them more often. That's the only reason I didn't give a fifth star.

They called me back the very next day and let me speak to April, the eyebrow specialist. April answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me because I told her how nervous I was. I went in for a consultation. I never felt pressured by April to commit to getting the microblading. We talked about the process and she showed me what color she recommended for me based on my hair and skin color. Then she explained how she maps out your brows to get the perfect shape. I had a concern about one area of my brow and she listened to me and wasn't offended at all. That day I scheduled my microblading appointment for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment I was so nervous but April walked me through it again and we agreed on the shape I was comfortable with. I cannot rave about April enough! She tried to distract me because the procedure is a little painful. She stopped and let me look in the mirror every so often because she could tell how anxious I was. When she was done I cried because I was so in love with my brows! April is an angel and if you are interested in microblading or just curious I highly recommend going to her. She knows exactly what she's doing, you can tell she's been doing it for a while. April is so patient, sweet and professional! She was not the least bit intimidating or pushy and never once disregarded or minimized my concerns or anxiousness. The receptionists there were also very sweet and friendly.

Two years ago, I started seeing Nicole and Donna for laser and facial treatments and the results are transformational. Both Nicole and Donna are very proficient and knowledgeable. I never have to worry about being rushed, or questionable results. Electrolysis is a long process, but Nicole will always find a way to speed it up just a little by taking an extra zap to make sure that stubborn hair does not grow back and with Donna, trying to remove a skin blemish or wrinkle. The technician was very thorough, and she did the treatment in literally 5 minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised! After two treatments I no longer see shadows under my arms. I still get hair growing in, but it's fine and light. After 7 treatments for my underarms, I still get hair growing in. I only have to shave about once a week though, and there are no dark shadows. It's more like peach fuzz. I am 4 treatments into my lower legs, and I hardly have ANY hair growing back!
