I am so greatful for the fantastic service received at South Jersey Health & Body. I went for a Boday Wrap with Kathy. I cannot begin to tell you what a great job she did. I was very pleased with the wonderful service. Not to mention all the great information she provided. In addtion, I had to the chance to speak with Dr, Benenfeld, regarding nutrition and some issues I've been having with my stomach. I love the fact that he took the time to answer several questions I had relating to nutrition and the effecfts of what may be lacking in my diet. He also took the time to send me a great article on the digestive system. Also, they offer a free weight loss seminar, that is for proper nutrition as well. You can tell he is a great doctor and really cares about his patients and anyone who needs information relating to a problem you migh be having. They offer several diffent services along with Chiropractic care. I cannot wait to go back and look forward to my next service. I feel healthy and look good again!!! This is something that is really important and means a lot to me. A coworker of mine got help from South Jersey Health and Body and I would watch her daily with her new eating habits and see her fat melt off her body! She was looking and feeling so good that I was very envious. So I started by meeting with Dr. Benenfeld and then that turned into educational information accompanied by motivational support that shifted how I think and view eating. It's hard to describe the feeling of losing so much weight, so fast, and having a burst of energy that makes me feel like I took a youth serum! But that's how I feel. My friend told me about a wrap they got at South Jersey Health and Body and they really loved it, so I decided to try it for myself because I needed to fit into a dress that was way too snug for me! From the get go it seemed like the best form of wraps I have read or heard about. The office is pretty and relaxing to be in. I felt very pampered from the moment I got there, with a nice lady bringing me back into a very relaxing, cozy spa room. I felt amazing after and my clothes have been looser ever since... and stayed that way! The inches did not come back, which really pleased me. I did a weight loss program here over a year ago and kept every pound off! I lost over 45 pounds and still weigh myself once a week and have not put one pound back on. I also wear shorts now because I am comfortable how my legs look and how I look in the shorts. Recently I was around ice cream and desserts and I did not have cravings for them like I used to! I also have this unbelievable amount of energy, that started about 2 weeks into the program. I used to get my nephew to do everything in my house. Words can't describe how loosing 50 lbs feels. I look and feel AMAZING!!! The inches lost from the Body Wraps had everyone looking at me with big smiles for Thanksgiving. I even wear yoga pants out in public. I purchased a Groupon for an anti cellulite wrap. Making the appointment was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The person (I believe her name was Heather, this review is months after my appt) that wrapped me was SUPER nice and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all! She explained what she was doing as she was doing it, and also talked about other things to help me not feel totally uncomfortable. It is a little awkward to be standing in your bra and underwear while someone is putting cream on you and wrapping you in something like plastic wrap. It was very relaxing though and there were result from just one wrap. I personally noticed a difference in my "love handle" area. If I didn't have moved out half way across the country I would definitely be going back here again. read more

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! The staff is top notch... they all made it an extremely comfortable experience for me, they were all so social, and the front desk receptionist was just down right sweet. My body wrap technician, Kathleen, was so full of life and we really had a great time making conversation and (being as though you have to undress down to your undergarments) we just chatted as if we were old friends. Best weight loss center!! I was inspired by South Jersey Health and Body and Dr. Benenfeld to start my new years resolution early this year! This is where you come right before your next big event! You really do lose inches and it helps with your fit in your clothes. I've been here twice and I love it! Only problem I have is that I live in Baltimore and they are in NJ, if I lived in Philly id probably come once a month! They also offer classes for free if you're thinking of losing weight. I know cause I am on their email list, and the emails are really helpful and I really want to come, I just can't make it from Baltimore to jersey that fast on a Tuesday night. Well I finished my program about 2 weeks ago and I lost a total on 31 lbs!
