I have used South Jersey Window Tinting for my previous vehicles in the past. The staff is professional and friendly, also very knowledgeable concerning their products. I was able to get a Saturday appointment, due to my work schedule making it impossible to get anything done during the week. If you want to try to get a Saturday appointment, I suggest calling ahead to find out if it can be set up. This facility is really nice, bigger than the old Mt. Laurel location. The waiting room is nice, its comfortable and good sized. There are several tint options to choose from. Steve, the tint specialist did a really good job on my car! Shout out to Steve! Took my 2020 Ford Explorer for front windows tint. Spoke with women over the phone and she gave me quote and appointment time. At the appointment they did great job and btw they use Suntek and they have 3 types of quality to choose. Also I didn't go to Elbow Ln they are doing at 106 Ark Road for Coronavirus thing going on. read more

This was my first tinting experience and I'm glad I read the Google reviews and decided on SJ windows tinting. I am extremely happy with their professional customer service from the initial phone call for appointment to the tint specialist's answering my countless questions. 5/5 stars for customer service for sure. My appointment was honored in a timely fashion and the actual tinting procedure took 2 hrs as promised. They have a small waiting area with comfy couches and a TV, WiFi, soda machine, snacks to help you pass the time. My interaction with with the staff( on the phone & in person) was positive. I really got the feel that this business would go to great lengths to earn my business. Particularly impressed with the owner ROB for explaining the different types of tint on the phone and special shout out to my tint specialist DENNIS for stupidifying the installation process & helping my decide what percentage to go with. I've been driving for 30 years and have had tinted windows on at least 40 of my vehicles. This shop damaged two windows on my new Porsche. And instead of trying to make this right, they've decided to argue with me. This is how poorly SJ Window Tinting conducts business. I have had three vehicles tinted at SJ Window Tinting in the past 18mo. Each time the work was completed quickly and professionally. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. One of the vehicles required a return visit due to a small bubble where the car moulding met the window. Someone immediately fixed the bubble in two minutes and checked the rest of the car for any other issues. The tint on that vehicle has been perfect ever since. I live about an hour away in PA and I work in Mt Laurel a couple days a week. Even if I didn't work in NJ, I would still drive from PA to have my car tinted at SJ Window Tinting. I used them for home windows. During the installation there was minor damage done to the window treatments. The technician and then the owner vowed to fix the damage. After 9 months of repeated contact, I gave up and fixed it myself. I would avoid them. read more

I called SJ window tinting for a quote to tint the windows on my car, and when I told the woman the year and make of my car she replied "we usually don't do cars older than the year 2000 because the molding is dirty and the end product is not as nice". I asked what she meant by "dirty molding" and she said you know like broken and fragile. Either the company has plenty of business that one window tinting doesn't matter to them or the person I spoke with was just incredibly rude but when I stated that I could just take my business elsewhere she replied with "GO AHEAD". A thirty second phone conversation has never left me with such an awful taste. read more
