This process started in November 2025, and here I am with weekly update requests from them in April 2026 with no refund to speak of. I have contacted the county tax office, and they tell me that the title company has not filled out or sent the correct paperwork to request the refund. This company is lazy, has terrible communication and I would never do a deal with this company ever again.

I'm not the most bank savvy person so they're always super helpful (and patient) with all of my questions. They are a small bank, so after hours services aren't as splendorous as major banks. We have checking accounts with a different bank too to avoid that problem. I went to make a deposit today with my dog in the car and they gave her some treats! I really like a bank who's first words to you are, "Hi! How are you doing today?" It really makes us feel special.

I began trying to get the final closing amount and wiring instructions on the 24th of March. Lisa said she would do that for me. It was time sensitive since we were driving 10 hrs. to do the closing and this step was imperative to complete beforehand. Finally over 24 hrs. later, I called and they finally sent it. Lisa promised she'd email them, on the 24th. Our closing was slated for 11:00 a.m. We were doing it virtually. My husband in Ok. and me in Texas. I gave them my email, more than once, and during the closing, on the phone, she claimed she didn't have mine. We FINALLY got to close at 1:00 p.m., the 27th after several phone calls asking her what the holdup was. A couple of times we got the answering machine, not a human. Lisa's final excuse was they have approx. 250 closings per day and we'd just have to be patient! I felt like we were more than patient. Bottom line, Lisa. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Hire help or better yet, find a different profession. My husband and I were self-employed for 40 years and had we ran our business, like you do, we would not have been in business.
