It's a very sales goal oriented environment. The moods of the staff change when they see you're not buying or just browsing. They'll then ignore you; the attitude says 'I don't want to waste my time.' Also, it's apparent the store is adamant about sells because whoever starts with you ends with you plus they combine onto your outfit. If you like that blue romper, the associate will assume you like the coordinating cardigan, floppy hat, heels, and purse. Well damn, I like the styling concept, and it's helpful, but they attempt for you to buy an overdressed outfit and won't give honest opinions just to get the sale. There's no collaborative effort between the team. If you need assistance whoever was the girl that started your fitting room must help you because other girls are busy claiming an unclaimed customer or focusing on their potential sale. I'm not a fan of this sort of sales model. It's very ineffective and leaves customers like myself uneasy, and the service is inadequate when it's a matched type of service rather than an open and honest environment. Also the prices in comparison to quality, eek! I don't think so, not comparable at all. read more
