My mom had a crazy idea to get it custom made. My mom sews herself so she knows quality when she see's it. His men suites were beautiful so I took a whim , had him take my measurements, showed him pictures of different dress I'd liked and he make me my custom wedding dress! I couldn't be happier! And he did it in a month. I asked for samples of silk and he orders everything from Italy- the fabric and sewing guality is just beautiful! His lovely daughter was amazing and was there to help with the communication barrier so that was extremely helpful! I am having him make my fiancé tuxedo for the wedding too. FIRST, I get the confirmation from about my measurements and where it's going to be sent to. It clearly said LENOX MALL. But somehow they managed to send my tux to GWINNETT PLACE MALL. How far is that you ask?? 18 miles away. in traffic. for a shitty tux. I didnt have to drive there but the best man did and he was not happy. SECOND ACT OF IDIOCY: My shirt looked like they took a regular adult sized shirt and put on a little boy's shirt sleeves. Look at the picture posted. IDIOTS Other random shit that annoyed me. Their socks looked like they made them out of cheap cobweb thin lingerie material.....I wore some athletic socks instead. Half of the groomsmen had pants that were too long, shirts collars that were too small, etc etc. Their plastic shiny shoes made me want to amputate my feet. As a women's retailer, they carry casual clothing and accessories in-store with a small selection of dressier items - for a larger selection of all their stock, visit their website. Generally speaking, the price points at Chico's are pretty high but they always have a Sale section in the store and you can pick up some real bargains browsing through those racks (blazers for $19!). I normally only shop the sale section but recently decided I needed a few new items for summer and purchased a pair of denim shorts (flattering and comfortable) at full price. Based on the number of times I've already worn them, they're worth the cost. The accessories at Chico's are very trendy, and expensive - chunky rings, necklaces - so I don't often make accessory purchases here, but I have found an occasional fun piece on clearance for less than $20. The Northpoint location is my usual store and I've found the associates to be pleasant and helpful without hovering. They know the inventory and are quick to offer assistance in locating an item in other stores for customers. This store is located along Northpoint Parkway, well away from the mall and associated traffic snarl that it generates. Chico's is near the south end of this strip center with ample parking and easy in/out access at two stop lights. I'm a regular Chico's customer and I give them two thumbs up.
