Let me begin by saying, you get what you pay for. I know that sounds cliche, but it holds a lot of truth. We bought new carpet about three years ago (spending $10,000) so we want to keep it nice. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies over the years (Zerorez, ClearCo, and a few others that I cannot recall). While I wasn't disappointed with the others, I wasn't impressed. In fact, Zerorez sent only one guy out and it took him all of 45 minutes to do my entire home, with stairs! I new the carpet wasn't clean. This time, I did my research, and....gulp...spent some money doing it the right way. Mustang was my choice and I knew I was taking a risk by spending TWICE what I would have normally spent, but, as I said above, you get what you pay for. I wasn't interested in a company that just came out to do some "steam extraction". I've had that in the past and it left me feeling "dirty" after just a couple of months. Mustang actually brushed the carpet. They vacuumed, then they pretreated, then they scrubbed, then they steamed and then they extracted and raked. They sent three guys (one of which was the owner) and it took them 2-1/2 hours to do my home. So, yes, I know it's clean. And the difference is awesome! I will definitely be using their services again. Were they pricey? Yeah, a bit. But when I compared them with the service that I received from the other companies, it was no-contest. Hands-down I'd use Mustang again. And they cleaned the tile floors before they left!! Don't settle for mediocrity. Listen, I'm a cheap-o. I like to save money where I can, but I will NOT be compromising when it comes to cleaning my carpets ever again. I give this review as a public service announcement. If you are planning on selling your house and you need your carpets cleaned....be careful if you use Mustang. You will likely decide not to sell your house after all. :) read more

Management company made us use them and based on price they knew it. 309$ for two small rooms such a rip off and joke. Compare pricing if you can there is much cheaper for same service. Paid half that when I moved out of my old place for bigger rooms. read more

This is the first time I have used Mustang Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I had 3 rooms, a hallway, and stair done. They will be the only cleaning company I call. I had spots of carpet that had twisted in a portion of the bedroom rug as well as the stairs. I figured they would clean them but they wouldn't return to "brand new"...wow this company made all areas cleaned look brand new. We had the upstairs stairs, 3 bedrooms, and a loft clean by these guys. They were very overpriced and did only a fair job. This was $600.00 for a small area. I would never use these guys again. They told me they were doing me a favor. Do yourself a favor and get away from these "people." read more

It's hard to know what you'll get when you hire a carpet and/or tile cleaning company. I have been disappointed as often as I have been happy with the work. Wet carpet, late/no show, poor pre-treatment, streaks and soap residue. Had it all. Not with Mustang. Right on time, great work ethic, very professional. They moved the furniture, put up protective guards on the outward corners of the walls, did a great job pre-treating, cleaned all the grout with a brush and cleaned around all the baseboards and corners. The carpets look fantastic. The area rugs are flat and square with no waves and the colors pop. The tile has its original colors and luster restored and the grout looks great. We're sold on Maverick. I had Mustang out a few months ago to clean my tile and grout after almost NINE years! Wow. They were awesome. Took extra care to not damage anything while they scrubbed away years of grime. On time, friendly and efficient. And my floors looked AMAZING. And they went the extra mile to explain what products would be best to maintain my floors (not through them so it wasn't a sales technique). Today (8/19/15) I had them out for carpets - 1 area rug and one of the bedrooms. They knew I had limited time due to an appointment and got here a few minutes ahead of time. After some Q&A I decided to have them do all the bedrooms. They managed to STILL finish on time and STILL did an amazing job. For a great price too. Ramon and his son were fantastic once again. The cleaners arrived early and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks like new and that's hard to image with 5 pets and 2 kids! They finished in under 2 hours and left shoe covers for us to wear until the carpet dried. They were also very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I called Mustang the day before I needed them to clean my 7 ft couch with numerous pillows and my 4 ft oversized chair with ottoman. They arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time working on getting the pet hair and stains out. Ramon and his two crew were amazing. The moved all breakable items and heavy items from my carpet and commenced to vacuum it then treated it with a new machine that brings the water temp very high to break up all the dirt and grime. After going over all carpet with this machine they then used another hose vacuum to go over all carpet again for any dirt still there. They are very professional and their price was reasonable. My carpet looked like new after they left and it's over 12 years old. I will have them time and time again. read more

This was the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever used. The technicians were courteous, prompt and did a phenomenal job. I have 4 kids that continually spill drive and soil our carpets and I was extremely pleased to see that the carpets were stainless when they left. Usually cleaners are only here for an hour, but they did such a thorough job with safe products that it took longer and I am sure it was because they were putting more effort into their work. My husband and I were in dire need for someone to clean our upholstered furniture in our living room. We have two dogs, and no matter how clean you try to keep things, their oils and scents get in the furniture. We only live here a little under three years, and we thought the house, because of the furniture, was beginning to smell. We called Mustang, and the worker that came was Justin. I called Mustang Carpet and Tile yesterday (Tuesday), and told them i needed my 'new' couches cleaned ASAP. I run a business, so I know how scheduling works, but it just so happened they had an opening the NEXT morning! They gave me a half-hour arrival period (tight!), and showed up right on time, early this morning. One of the great things about this company, is they will give you a price right over the phone, instead of telling you they have to be at the location to determine. I got both of my over-sized sofas with a thousand pillows apiece cleaned for under $150, and it didn't take them long at all! I hung out with Justin V. and Derek B. while they were steam cleaning the couches, and they were super personable and knowledgeable about all the questions I had, and they were also extremely thorough with their work. I love my new clean couches, and I will refer Mustang Carpet and Tile to ALL of my friends and family when they need carpet, tile or upholstery cleaned, and definitely ask for Justin and Derek!!! read more

We have been using Mustang Carpet & Tile Cleaning for about 5 years and have never been disappointed. They have done both carpets and tile for us. The tile was done about 3 years ago, it looked brand new and still looks pretty decent. Ramon and Justin were here yesterday and our carpets look amazing! Came out within 24 hours to provide an estimate and was flexible on accommodating the move out schedule.
