They have done this to me at least 4 or so times earlier because I forget to bring this up when I go to turn in my shirts. Just dropped off the load and took the ticket. The employee measured the hem and said she has to send out to tailor for a cost. They advertise they do alterations on site? She assured me I would get the dress hemmed in a week. So the next day I got a text with a quote of $250.00, for the Hem and $45.00 for the dry clean. So that's almost $ 300.00. I paid just a little over $200.00 for the dress.
