I advised him that that was against the law that service dogs are allowed into any establishment. He told me he didn't care what the law was and was very rude and indignant. He told me that people that come there could be allergic to dogs. I said it doesn't really make a difference. He told me " get out now". I told him I had things in the washing machine and that they needed to finish in the cycle. He once again demanded I leave. I put my dog in the car for the last couple minutes of the washing cycle. Not only do I have a complaint with the ADA on him I can also sue him for discrimination as well as the "disability act".

He didn't even tell me about giving my information to the owner to get a refund. I had to tell him to do that since he was such an lazy employee!! I went to the owner at 3 p m like the cashier said!! I like that this laundromat uses the prepaid cards for their machines instead of coins because it…read moreensures that I'll always be able to do my laundry (provided the card machines are working). It also costs considerably less to do my wash here than at the coin-op I used to go to. The woman who manages the laundromat is very kind and helpful, and is patient with me trying to improve my Spanish. There is no AC, so the warmer months can be brutal if you're going to post up inside the whole time. The little mercado next door has cold Mexican Coke to help cool you off.
