This is my New Years resolution for Yelp I went to Pandora this evening to exchange a necklace I had gotten as a gift. I showed the saleswoman, Gabriella, the necklace and described what I would like instead. She quickly found another chain that was exactly what I wanted. However, it was the last one and tangled in 4 different spots. Gabriella took the painstaking time to de-tangle the necklace in all spots and then offered to clean the charm I would be putting on it. They explained every step they had to take to do so. They did an absolutely amazing job. My rings look beautiful!
