Our old auto shop that we used to go to got really pricey, so we had to start looking for a new shop to go to. Mike is really friendly and personable, he makes you feel really well taken care of. What I really appreciate is that he explains the work that needs to be done to your car so that you understand what's going on. He doesn't try to pull the rug out from under you, and charge you crazy prices for work that you don't need. It's hard to find an honest car mechanic and I think we finally found one! read more

I visited again today to have my serpentine belt replaced, my transmission fluid replaced, and my rear brakes replaced. Mike serviced all three and didn't charge me to replace my rear brakes as they did not need it. He had to make some adjustments but did not charge for the adjustments. Overall a great experience. My original review is below. --- Pleasant to work with. I visited this shop recently to replace my oil and had a good experience. They advised me that my serpentine belt had to be replaced and that I need a replacement cabin filter. From what I can tell, the oil change went well. It was reasonable for a full synthetic. I declined the additional maintenance, but I plan on having the belt replaced this next week. I did check my cabin air filter however and it wasn't dirty. Though I usually replace my filter regularly so I doubt they actually checked it, it is just useful to replace at your oil change interval. Once I get my next service done here I will update my review and rating. I really appreciate how reasonable they are to work with. The owner, Mike left a good impression! read more

Wow I'm amazed at the work they do here after coming from the dealer. I brought my car here twice and the mechanic Mike really knows his stuff. The dealer was telling me to fix a bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with my problem and mike solved it for a great price. Yikes!!! I brought my car in for an oil change and a power steering fluid flush. Mike kept my car 1/2 the day. He not only did not do the Work!!! He lied and said the full Service was Completed!! He risked my safety, and my cars preventative maintenance!!! He lied again after I questioned him during several calls. The he gave a full refund. He wasted my valuable time! He should not be allowed t advertise his coupons. I called for a price quote. He overcharged his quoted price. Car Owners Beware!!! A fine is not sufficient! He needs to be shut down. Is it worth it Mike, to try to get more service money by lying about your work? I asked for an oil change and was charged for more work than needed. When I confronted you on that you answered I expected too much from you. Is it too much to expect you to be honest with your work? Is it too much to expect you will do an honest job and service a local customer without inflating the work? You popped off all my engine cover clips and claimed they were bad. My air and cabin filters were recently replaced. You rigged them instead of working in my oil change. You did that first knowing I won't be there to see you catch you doing it. For an oil change you charged me close to $100.00. Is it worth it to lose another local customer? I have two Lexus. read more

My brought my car to replace brakes. After a day that I pick up my car, I had no brakes; I drove from Torrence to San Pedro without brakes. After "fixing " the brakes, they messed up with the master cylinder. I thought it was just a bad luck, I trusted the mechanic to replace the alternator, bad decision! My care brake system was messed up, even my air conditioner! My car a Rav 4, was old but worked fine before it needed the brakes. I ended up trading my car. I would not trust this shop. read more

Is there a rating lower than 1? Switch and bait. I called this morning and asked how much to replace two bulbs(left flasher and rear break) I was told 15 to 20. I also told the owner it was an 2005 cadillac. I went in this afternoon and the 1st ulb was cnanged. Oh yes I took him the new buibs . Mike could not reach the bulb for the left flasher so he said he would need to put it on the rack. After he was done I asked how much and he said 40.00 and that it was 40 becaise he had to put it on the rack... REALLY,,,was this his 1st cadillac.... After they had repaired the car, the manual went missing. Not saying they took it, just saying that it's strange that it was there when I brought the car in and then it went missing.
